I would've been charitable had you conducted your business with humbleness, but since you see your restaurant as a 5 Michelin star 🌟 , I will write the review based on these standards.

Horrendous atmosphere and smell, barebone dine in.

Service was terrible. The whole time, I felt as if I should not have ordered anything. The person taking our order was very unenthusiastic. If you hate your job, don't work.

Terrible smelling washroom with barebone functioning door.

I was taking shelter during rain 1 hour after my initial visit but they couldnt let me sit for 3 mins while waiting for my ride because a family who wont be coming for another 5 mins has reserved this table, 1 min after I sat down. I have a sprained foot, by the way.

Overall, it's not great to shoo off a potential returning customer in the most condescending manner.

If you didn't want to have the displeasure of serving us, just tell us you're closed for business 🙂

P.S. Hire another person to serve customers with some level of enthusiasm...

My experiences with their chicken mandi and lamb mandi were nothing short of magnificent – the flavors are truly beyond words. The chicken was incredibly smooth and cooked to perfection, a testament to their culinary skill.

While the atmosphere leans towards a traditional Yemeni style rather than luxurious modern design, it adds to the overall charm and authenticity of the experience. The restaurant offers ample space, including a unique "majlis" area where groups can comfortably sit together on the floor in a traditional setting.

The staff are remarkably friendly and welcoming, enhancing the dining experience. Parking might be a bit tricky, so plan accordingly. Guys seriously! I just ordered through door dash and this place is fantastic! I’m Saying this as a Yemeni! My mom is sick today and I didn’t have the time to cook something but she wanted something homemade & GUYS their Haneeth omg to die for and I’ve really been missing the date fatteh and the masboob from back home. On cloud 9 right now. Will be my go to spot from now on. Give it a chance you guys, Yemeni food doesn’t photograph well but the flavours are amazing & it’s not like anything else we have in Windsor. Honestly, my only complaint is that they didn’t put ketchup with the side fries I ordered but I also never specifically asked for ketchup.

Note to the owner: please add maraq to the menu 😩 & southern style hulba please!
