I have nothing to say about the breakfasts... they are great and the staff is lovely. I had dinner here during my last stay and it was nice (in the summer)... albeit overpriced.

But this time around was quite terrible... I ordered chicken wings for my 4 year old who wasn't happy with the kids menu options, and ordered MILD wings of course for him. We got our food after a very long wait and my son just tried the sauce on the wings and they were spicy. We all tried the sauce with our fingertips... they were not super spicy, but had a real kick nonetheless. I asked the waitress if we could have kids pasta as a replacement and I explained why, she said of course. We waited SO LONG that my kid was almost asleep by the time we got it. I had to ask for it in a takeaway container. Then I saw that I was charged for a whole plate of wings! Not a single bite was taken out of them and they were NOT mild. The waitress apparently spoke to the manager but he wasn't accommodating. Afterwards I even noticed they charged me $2 for the mashed potatoes that COME WITH my chicken!!! They were in the description! I didn't ask for them!

Anyway, I was furious, left a note, but nothing was done and I ultimately had to pay $95 for a meal for one adult and 2 children... AND we spent about 2 and a half hours there even though we ordered less than 10 minutes after arriving.

Never ever returning to eat an actual meal I have to...

We were a bit disappointed by this restaurant. The breakfast that came with our hotel room was very good a pleasant surprise and we were able to eat our breakfast on the patio with our dog. However the dinner we had the night we arrived was very disappointing. My husband’s chicken was tough, I ordered salmon with mashed potatoes and I received it with fries. The waitress realized the mistake and asked if I still wanted the mashed potatoes. Which I did, the mashed potatoes that she brought were lumpy and old whereas the potatoes my husband got on his dish were silky smooth and fresh. It was like I got day old potatoes reheated in the microwave. The. Fries were so much better. The salmon itself was perfectly cooked. The drinks were awful. I had an old fashioned (which was watery and no flavour) my husband got a blue margarita ( tasty really salty and wasn’t made with oasis rather than fresh lime) they need a real bartender (waitresses make their own drinks). Stick with wine or beer. On a side note there fish tacos and fish and chips at other tables...

What is happening to this place? We supported them all through the beginning of Covid19 and everything had always been delicious. We have gone twice in the last month and the quality and consistency is laughable. The bacon cheeseburgers we ordered were extremely overcooked and dry with one small strip of bacon on each one. We ordered 3 club sandwiches, one on a wrap. Two of the sandwiches costed $4 more each then the menu said and the wrap was the right price but made completely differently. The club sandwiches had guacamole, a (sad) strip of bacon and nice white chicken breast. The wrap (which they forgot and promptly made in 3 minutes) had only brown chicken meat, lettuce, tomato and mayo.. no bacon and no guac. This place is going downhill and it was once our favourite spot,...
