Regency Inn & Suites — Hotel in Ontario

I had a terrible experience at this motel, it was extremely dirty, there was dust and hair from the previous customers, the linens were dirty, there were 2 big holes in my towel. There was no hot water and when I brought it up to the lady at the front she began to tell me that it isnt included!! There was a broken dead bolt on the inside of the room, the heat was not working in my room, which was fine because it was September. It was also advertised as a non smoking room but I walked in and it smelled like cigarettes and glade plugins. The debit machine wasnt working and when she told the manager he said for me to go to a bank machine, or if I didnt want to do that I could go somewhere else. Finally it worked and after all of that she was not going to compensate me for all of the issues that had gone one! I managed to get them to knock 20$ off which was the pet fee I had to pay for 2 cats. Do not stay here!! Not...

first room I w as giving was not cleaned at all, moved to another room that was too small, then finally moved to another room that we made do. the staff was nice and refunded me $40 CAD, but this room was not up to par with any hotels I stayed in before. rooms/walls were not clean, shower dial didn’t work correctly (spent 10 minutes trying to find where the hot was and letting it warm up cause the dial could spin all the way around, WiFi was TERRIBLE, evidence of smoking outside and had ashes and dirt ashtrays outside but the chairs, no housekeeping was available and when I asked for new towels I was told that the cleaner would replace the used ones and were not (had to take all the dirty ones and get them replaced myself). the lady receptionist was nice but I definitely WILL NOT stay there again nor would I recommend this hotel at all. I wish I spent the extra $80 CAD and stayed...

This Motel is not a good place to stay . We didn’t even go to a room . The Manager was sitting outside at 3 pm smoking& drinking coffee on the bench in pyjamas . That already was a radar then cigarettes butts all over the property local residents living there and hanging out outside . I told manager we weren’t checking in she said right off the hat you are not getting refunded i told her i’ll deal with booking .com about that. She was highly rude towards me saying don’t judge a book by its cover( another radar alert) i said i looked at the cover and went right to the end . My wife’s safety & mine and health come first. I have been in touch with booking . com about this and highly recommend know one use this place...
