Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Ontario

went in for a burrito bowl today, and food was great as per usual, but service was sub par. Place was empty, and i still had to wait a few minutes before being served. i would be more understanding if prep work was being done in the back, but i could hear them chit chatting with eachother. Young blonde guy took my order (which he usually does), and everytime i’m in, he’s more interested in chatting with coworkers than engaging with the customer. I feel like a burden when i interrupt the conversations to ask for modifications to my food. my total came to $14.23, so i handed him $15 in cash. He hands over my food, then puts my change into the tip jar right infront of me, without me saying keep the change. It was only 75¢, and i’m not mad about that, but the lack of customer consciousness is what upsets me. if there were another quesada in cornwall i would go there rather than the one on brookdale, solely for the lack of customer...

Not happy with my most recent experience. I ordered a regular burrito bowl. The lady said they only had the large size bowls. As I wasn't hungry enough for a large, I asked the lady of she can only put the portions of a regular size in the bowl. She said, "no, we don't have a button to punch it in the system" So now I had to pay for a larger size because of the restaurants lack of supplies. Don't understand how this was fair. The 'customer' was the one who had to spend extra money just to have a burrito bowl. I ended up throwing the rest out because I knew I couldn't eat that much food. Poor customer service. Dont recommend...

Horrible experience every time. I don't know why I am still going there. My burrito is never wrapped properly. When I say I want double grilled or for longer time they will not even grill your burrito. Secondly, the staff is untrained and inexperienced, they don't know how to wrap a burrito I had to help last time. It's been more than a year of going there, but never had a good experience. My last visit was my last time. Never going there again. I would love to go to morrisburg quesada now. Feel sorry...
