Wing Machine — Restaurant in Ontario

May 13, 2021 Our order arrived completely wrong leaving us with an entire lb of wings we cant' eat( ordered a pound of plain wings with sauce on the side). Husband called to rectify the order and the employee argued with him for a good 20 min before telling him they would send out a replacement. @ 2 hrs later no wings. Called again. "wings were delivered and a picture was taken" (refused to share the photo) They were never delivered. There is no delivery!! Ook, this is the most bizarre encounter with a take out service, ever. Regardless of the mistake initially made, misunderstanding, ok it happens, and usually the restaurant fixes it promptly. The arguing and lying and refusal to acknowledge the situation. What the Hell? and we have a lb of soggy nasty Caribbean wings we didn't order, are less14.49+tax and our meal and afternoon were pretty messed up. It's stressful having someone push back and argue like that Never again.

Replacement order of wings delivered approx.7:30 pm. So ya the story of the delivery with photo...

We ordered a 1 Lbs Wings, and a Large Pizza, and when we got the food not only could we not get some money back because he supposedly doesn't have any money but yet after looking at the food and how cold it was we know it was not his first house, and when we got the food we also noticed unlike previous orders the food quality has gotten worse, the only good thing is somewhat the fact we got our drinks, we likely won't order here again, and at most would only order...

The "Angus Burger" was a frozen patty that tasted like rubber. The fries were cold and tasted like they were from the night before. The wings were ok with 40 creek BBQ sauce The driver didn't speak English or French It took an hour to make and deliver a frozen burger, old fries and ok wings. What a waste of $50 with tip.
