If you haven’t been to Sip and Scoop - they carry a large variety of junk food - and Japanese snacks - but everything is neat. They have special versions of normal chocolate bars, and crossover treats. I haven’t bought any myself but I always end up looking at everything anyway.
The colours are bright and vibrant inside. I can’t say much about their ice cream or their food because that is not why Sip & Scoop is totally amazing.
Everyone is all about the Boba - but not me - Not really. You see my first experience with bubble tea was in a Vietnamese restaurant when I was 16. Since then I’ve had it in Toronto over the years and I just adore it.
I don’t drink the “cool” new tea like most people do. I stick to my one true bubble tea love - Strawberry, green tea bubble tea with tapioca (no milk)
I’ve tried one of the new daily deals and it wasn’t for me. I prefer my classic version. 9/10 times they get it perfect! Green tea, just the right strength, nice strawberry flavour - chewy tapioca balls. Every 1/10 times it will be a little too sour - the tea is over-steeped or there isn't enough, strawberry flavour. It’s happened maybe 2-3 times so it’s not a big deal and for the people who get those little flavour bomb bubbles - you would never notice - this kind of bubble tea is far more subtle
Overall I recommend- and if their St. Vincent Massey location is too far for you - the now have a...
Read moreSip and Scoop is truly one of Cornwall’s gems! I’ve been a loyal customer since their early days when they were just a small Boba shop on Pitt Street near Dairy Queen, and it’s been amazing to watch them grow into the incredible store they are today. Their success is so well-deserved!
The customer service has always been outstanding, every visit starts with a warm smile and a genuine “take your time,” which is perfect because there’s always something new and exciting on their menu to check out. I usually stop in after a workout for one of their refreshing protein drinks, but on Monday I couldn’t resist after seeing their Dubai cheesecake on Facebook. I called in an order, and delivery was not only fast but also handled by a super friendly driver (I wish I had caught his name, he was fantastic!).
The cheesecake itself? Absolutely spectacular. Rich, unique, and worth every bite. I also grabbed a jumbo milkshake, and let me tell you.. I seriously underestimated the word “jumbo.” 😂 It was massive, delicious, and lasted me two nights.
From their Boba teas to their ever-expanding menu of creative desserts and drinks, Sip and Scoop has become a local staple. It’s more than just a shop, it’s part of the heart of Cornwall’s community of small businesses. Always a five-star experience, and I can’t recommend...
Read moreDisappointing!! I ordered their Valentine’s strawberry cheesecake waffle because it sounded so good & the product photo online looked completely different than what I received. It arrived with the takeout box already OPEN, & the waffle was SO soggy, yet somehow I still couldn’t cut through it even when using a knife. Not edible in the slightest. Such a weird texture. I ended up having to throw the waffle in the garbage after one bite. The only thing that was sort of decent & edible was the cheesecake on top which isn’t made in-store, but provided by Cheesecake Factory. So I basically paid $20 for a piece of cheese cake & a few strawberries. They also provided a pathetic amount of whipped cream, maybe one squirts worth for this much food? Overall a total waste of money & appetite. Much rather stick to Stacked for those prices - where they have enough common sense to put syrups/toppings in individual containers so that your food isn’t soggy & inedible by the time it arrives....
