The store was clean and the products are very nice. Quite friendly staff when we first went in. Everything was great at first. We purchased a sofa and within days, heard that it wouldn't be delivered in a timely manner (no mention of how long it would take to come in). With life at the moment, it's understandable. Things are behind. That's fine. I was told over the phone by Craig that there would be a price reduction to our sofa if we went with the floor model, which is what we decided to do. There was no confirmation of the delivery date, or the verbally mentioned price reduction. When my bf called to confirm, he was told that no, in fact there would be no price reduction but there could be something worked out if we bought something else from the store instead. We went into the store to see about the discrepancies and were offered $100 off of our sofa only after we mentioned having been quoted a price change. Please give the same information to both parties when making a sale and don't make them feel inconvenienced when they try to get proper information. A big box store didn't have our item in stock but they pointed us to this place since we weren't local. They had the exact model at the same price. Friendly staff. I'm told that there is a new one boxed in the back or, if not, the floor model. I'm disappointed to find it would be the floor model but assured it's like new. They also have low interest rates with deals and allowing you to buy with credit . It's great to be able to make monthly payment s on stuff that you buy from them.
