KFC — Restaurant in Ontario

Terrible place. Went to pick up an order and was in line for over 20 minutes service was so unbelievably slow. To top that off extremly u professional as i was not asked to confirm who i was for pickup instead was questioned to the contents of the order my girlfriend had placed not my self. Cashier couldnt manage to muddle through entering the order correctly as from what i could assume is a lack of training as he was constantly asking for help and being corrected as well as incorrectly charging me causing the payment to have to be cancelled and the order reentered and still didnt get it right. I would recommend staying clear of this poorly run establishment unless waiting long periods of time for food is what you enjoy from a fast food resturant. What was suppose to be a 20 min wait and pickup took the better part of 45...

Did an online order at 7:45 was told order woukd arrive at 8:28...most of the order arrived at 8:52. What did arrive was lukewarm and as cooked as minimums would allow.

I called customer service ...not once but 4 times... The first time to wonder where the order was. The second time I was transferred to the store and disconnected. The third time I was disconnected as the agent tried the line. And the 4th time I was told that due to the store being closed I would have to call back tomorrow . there was nothing that the customer service line could do and the store obviously knew what they were...

The incredible shrinking chicken!? Whatever happened to the nice big pieces of chicken we used to get from KFC? Greasy/Oily pigeon parts is more like it. The main peeve aside from the oily mess is that the pieces all turned so small but yet the prices went huge. Toonie Tuesdays are now $3.29 plus taxes for nasty oily dark meat. Very disappointing and I'm sure Harland Sanders is rolling in his grave right now at what's been done to his once awesome...
