I've been coming to this store for 6+ months but recently I've been noticing the decline in customer service. We usually order a bucket and a plant based burger combo. Now one gentleman had told us that it'd be better if we ordered from app and came to pick up as the burger takes like 6-7 mins to cook so we started to do it but unfortunately their service is so slow that even if there's 2 cars in drive-thru we have to wait 20 minutes to get our number and till then the food is getting cold. Which is really disappointing as it completely makes it pointless to call the restaurant fast food chain. (We come at night so there's never more than 1 car ahead of us and still this happens. )
On top of that we had ordered new BOGO offer for 6 pieces of chicken and as you can see the food was like this when we got back to home. One piece of chicken was missing half of the chunk and some of it was even had burns on them and the batter had gone dark brown.
Plus for 2 combos, 2 buckets we just got 5 packets of ketchup which is ridiculous as it costs nothing to provide 9-10 packets for such a big order. I really miss the old staff which was quite efficient and quick at service, I do understand it is a struggle in food service as I work for a food chain myself but 0 efforts to make upto 20 minutes of wait in driveway was a letdown.
One more thing, we had made 2 saperate orders on name of same person. When we were on mic we had informed the same to the girl who was on cash, but we were just handed out only one order which we realized when we were at home. Thank God that we live nearby so we could drive back and get the 2nd order too, it seemed really careless of the staff that eventhough we had informed them that there are two orders and they still just gave us one and we had to drive back to the restaurant and park in line for another 15 minutes to get 2nd order which led the first order to go cold and really soggy.

Read moreVery disappointed in the women you have working nights. I went in after being at the carnival. You have an employee working the shift, my partner wanted some food. He was hungry. Who ever you have working your counter at 10pm on a Wednesday night, was very rude, and didn't even acknowledge us for 10 mins after being in the store front.
When she was asked to provide the #2 big box meal with 4 pieces, she inadvertently punched in a 2 piece meal. When I brought it up, the employee then chose to extort me by indicating I would need to pay for the 2 additional pieces a la cart, verses correcting the till error.
What's more appalling is I immediately indicated to her that in no way I will be extorted in this way, and that I needed my money back, she had to be told 3 times to return my money before she realized I wasn't having any more of it.
While on the way out, I literally heard other patrons leaving whom the same staff member told them, she was no longer open, yet the location. Is open until 1 AM?
Needless to say, gas, time and traffic be damned, I'll now take my business to Dougall and Grand Maris.
I really hope that individual you have working your till doesn't continue to ruin other people's nights.
(I can appreciate maybe she's over worked... but why is she the only one working? No other employee was around other than her. This was a very gross experience and she never apologized once.)

My boyfriend and I went in to order food. No staff would take our order so we ordered from the kiosk not realizing they were avoiding all the customers because all 4 of their orders were messed up/ or just wrong. After 45 minutes we were told the items we ordered weren't in the store and they would replace them we said about 3 times we wanted a refund so we could just go somewhere else, but we were REFUSED a refund every time. They kept saying they were packing our order, but another 30 minutes went by with no food, the other 4 people were still waiting as well and everyone was impatient at this point. we made a point again to say we just wanted our money back where the guy working was calling us "bro" and saying he couldn't do it. They finally called SOMEONE who came and seemed like they cared about the business, he told us we would receive our refund this week and gave us his number in case we didn't they also gave us our food as an apology for everything that had happened to find out, they lied about not having the items because they were there, then we find out this week he gave us a number not in service.
This was by far the worst customer experience I have ever had the manager and staff were terrible. Save yourself and choose a different location that's not owned by...
