Windsor Music Hall — Restaurant in Ontario

Worst New Years experience of my life... First of all, the music was WAY too loud. I'm in my early 20's and love concerts so I can handle loud music, but this was an entirely new level of loud. All of my friends were saying their ears felt damaged after the night had ended and the next morning. Secondly, the fog machines were way too intense; it made it so hard to breathe (in addition to not being able to move due to so many people) and even triggered my asthma... I was literally choking on fog. The bathrooms were also a disaster... for more than half of the night there was no power in the bathrooms and it was literally impossible to see. Finally, the staffing was HORRENDOUS. It was New Years Eve and there were only 2 bartenders for the entire place, so it took about 45 min to get one overpriced drink in a plastic cup (my boyfriend was charged $40 for 3 drinks). Not only were there not enough bartenders, but the employees were rude beyond belief. 3 different employees refused to get me water and were cussing at me to get away from the bar. I will NEVER go back to this place nor recommend...

Worst club in the starting hours they let everyone with one Id's and after that they dont allow new people to come in without 2 Id's, and this is done only to non-canadians in the second phase and asking for 2 government approved Id's, who would rome in the strict with a passport if the person is from different country, and I told them I have in the phone they are saying it won't be accepted, I won't recommend anyone to go in this club. They just say non-canadians need 2 Id's and Canadian can get in with one Id. Thats just rubbish. If I could give stars in minus than I'd prefer that rather than...

I was in the washroom when a girl came in crying saying one of the employees were harassing her over high school beef. The employee i believe her name was Paige came into the girls washroom screaming at her and pushing her. The security guard MIGHT I ADD was a male, bursted into the FEMALE bathroom and dragged her out of there without asking any questions and kicked her out. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL ON ALL EMPLOYEES to treat a customer like that and disrespect her privacy. It's a shame that there is no real management here just children who think they have power...
