Called to get service on my furnace on 12/24/21. Answering service stated the office would call back on Monday-no call. Called on 12 /27/21 got a message the office received message but- no call. I called 12/28/21, the secretary stated they only serviced the furnace in 2018, denied ever working on the furnace although their tag was on my furnace with all the years they serviced it. She went on to say they had a new system and prices are going up. Then the secretary went on and on about increased rates in January 2022 to $190 with $350 dollar credit card hold and stated because I wasn't a current customer it could not be serviced until April 2022. She said they are focused on heat issues. I tried to explain this is the concern but she just cared about money not heat for human beings that need it. Donot use this place as money is more important than anything else. I rate this place as unprofessional, uncaring and...

Other than their A/V system being a bit janky, and someone should spend a few minutes cleaning the coffee machine, but everything else about this place is great. Food is reasonably priced, and much higher quality than you'd ever expect. Staff are not bubbly, so don't expect that, but just honest nice people, doing their job, and very nice to talk to. Alcohol selection is good, and prices are as expected. Even patrons are generally good: working class people, just out to have a drink, and a good time.

I called at 820pm before hand to make sure their kitchen was open before walking there. They said it didn’t close until 9pm, so as I live only a block down, I walked over and got there for 825. After sitting down I was then told they closed the kitchen. Which is not what they said on the phone 5 minutes prior nor what they advertised. Please do not tell people your kitchen is open until a certain time and proceed to close it early, knowing you had just received a call from patrons wanting to dine in. Very upsetting because this has been my go to for the last 4 years as the drinks and food...
