McDonald's — Restaurant in Ontario

I wanted to end an awesome day with my boy with one of my favorite meals. So we went here only because we had been across the street at the mall. I ordered a sausage Mc Muffin combo, Double double, and an extra hash brown. My son ordered a Mc Double Combo. Dressed like a Mac with a Fountain drink. OH MY GOD. What an absolute total waste of my $20! I am not even trying to be dramatic, but this was LITERALLY the WORST MEAL I'VE EVER BEEN SERVED. My meal: the sausage Mc Muffin had obviously been sitting there forever. The english muffin was chewy and cold. The one hash brown was cold. They got my coffee right. At least that was hot. And the extra hash brown that I ordered, was only good part of my meal. And that's only because I had to wait extra time for it to be cooked. At least I could eat that. It was the only food item that I received that was fresh and hot. My sons' meal was just as bad. When he opened his burger it was an absolute mess! I wondered if maybe they had 8 year olds back there putting the burgers together? His meat patty was half off the bun. The cheese was half way off the OTHER SIDE. His fries were cold. Cold. Just nasty. So long story short, I paid nearly $20 for a hot coffee, a hash brown, and a completely disgusting Mc Double. I will never return to this restaurant. Nor would I ever recommend this restaurant to ANYONE. In fact, I would probably tell them to avoid going to this Mc Donald's!! Just nasty. And a total...

I've officially visited McDonald's for the last time, I went through the drive thru this morning (6/15/24). I ordered 1 egg & bacon Mcgriddle, 2 hash brown's, orange juice and a muffin. Let's start with the Mcgriddle, it was the absolute worst breakfast sandwich I've ever eaten, it was so cold the cheese had no chance to melt. I took 1 bite and almost thru up. Let me tell you a cold egg with Luke warm bacon and a very cold bun taste horrible. Next the 2 hash brown's where barley warm they where more on the cold side as well. I don't understand how at least 2 employees handled my food and not realize how cold my food was when ITS SUPPOSED TO BE HOT, HOT, HOT like really how hard can your job be when I'm the only car in line, it's not like it's was crazy busy. I'm so sick and tried of all these fast food restaurant NOT CARING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER WHO ACUALLY PAYS YOUR WAGE. It's time people start taking pride in there work and doing the right thing like maybe serving people quality food and not something right out of the fridge. I really miss the days when you went out to a restaurant for a hot meal you and feel it was worth while. Shame on you McDonald's you've honestly seen me for the last time, I will never step foot in or eat any...

Watch out for expired food. One morning they gave me old breakfast burritos. I know because the label on them said so. No one bothered to look at the product before serving it to loyal customers of about 30 years. When I returned the expired food to the counter, not even an apology...lady there who is full time in the am just snickered and gave me an order for another two lame breakfast burritos...the most inconsistent product ever known to the mcdonalds franchise. At every location either they under fill the wrap or warm it up enough in the microwave that the ends of the pita are crispy. Low quality and managers don't like doing quality control of this product. They always tell me it depends on which student makes them, this is what determines the quality and more importantly quantity of the burritos. A two breakfast burrito meal is about 10 bucks. Rip off if they don't fill the burritos properly...I call customer service and they send me one free breakfast meal. Tnx alot...I have a family of six and everytime McDonald's breakfast rolls around I drop about 60 bucks...been doing it for years. I complain about the quality and quantity regarding their COVID limited menu and they just don't care. I wonder what Roland...
