Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Ontario

I came on 11/1 a Monday afternoon and the drive thru was long but you can tell it was moving pretty fast so I just had to see what all the hype was about that I been reading online. They had 3-5 employees near the speakers in both lanes who took your order and payment with an iPad. I had the pleasure of being helped by Mel, she was great! She was knowledgeable and very attentive, even with our numerous questions as this was our first time. I order a classic crispy sandwich, a deluxe crispy sandwich, spicy tenders, waffles fries, side salad with avocado lime ranch dressing, side of fruit, sweet tea and a Sunjoy (half lemonade and falls sweet tea). They had our food ready in a timely manner, brought to our car and handed it to us with a smile. I was impressed! The chicken to say the least is very fresh, can tell it’s not frozen and very well prepared. Was wondering if this place was too good to be true and decided to go with my very specific (or we can say picky lol) daughter and son in law today for dinner around 830pm. The line was about the same but was again moving quickly. This time we were greeted by Shriya who was prompt and super friendly, we had two orders and that wasn’t even a problem. She explained the menu to my kids as it was their first time. I order sandwiches again but added a side of chicken nuggets and tried the frosted lemonade. I’m a sauce person and usually get attitude or rude behaviour from other fast food locations when requesting more sauces, even if I’m paying for them. Shriya was amazing ! Gave us as much as we wanted and didn’t make me feel awkward when asking for more. We had to pull up and wait as we had a large order which still did not take long. Out of force of habit we went right to checking the bags. And I say this with such happiness but AGAIN they got everything right down to the amount of sauces. The food is delicious but I honestly think the level of great service you receive makes the food taste even better.

If you like chicken sandwiches like I do, you gotta try this one out for sure! The chickfila sauce and the roasted Honey BBQ sauce are both oh so yummy! My faves and I tried them all. Went for dinner and ordered two meals ahead of time on the website. Waited in a long line of cars and had to wait again in a spot because it wasn’t ready. 7 minutes later I get my food and I look in the bag and notice they had forgotten the sauces I ordered. So I go inside and wait in a 20 minute line of people. I get to the register finally and explain to the women I was just in the drive thru and they forgot my sauce can I please have chick fil a sauce and mayo. She says to me “ you need to pay for that “ so I said I was just in the drive thru I already paid for this sauce I ordered along with my two meals I should have already been given them and wasn’t so I came it to grab them no big deal. Then she repeats that I need to pay for the sauce. Tired of arguing I agree to pay for the sauce she charges me 4$ for a bottle of chick fil a sauce when I just wanted the small box that comes with the meal and also give me no mayo because they don’t have them in the bottle to charge me for. We dined in today. The dining room is roomy. There's tables and booths. The bathrooms are for one person at a time and the accessible bathroom is also a family bathroom. There's a baby changing table there with toilet covers. I like how you can lock the door by a button that turns red. It was easy to order food from the ordering area but I got an orange shake instead of the peach one that I ordered which was ok. I was drinking it anyways when I realized that it was orange not peach. It had pieces of oranges in it so that's pretty cool. I got the spicy chicken deluxe combo. The spicy chicken deluxe has tomatoes, lettuce and cheese while their spicy chicken doesn't have all the toppings. It comes with waffle fries. They only sell waffle fries. I ordered a small chicken nuggets too. The burger was ok. It was greasy and the nuggets were crispy. The waffle fries were ok. The shake was good despite it not being peach. The staff served me, my tray of food at my table by following the sign that was given to me to display on where I was sitting. I have ordered from them before but take out.
