I am truly disappointed. When I got to the drive through to order it took the next lane two cars to pass by and then me saying ‘hello’ someone finally answered. Which I understood cause they were busy. I ordered a McDouble combo with a coke and a mcchicken sandwich. The person said ok next window. There was nothing displayed on the screen and nothing read back to me. Which is fine as it’s happened like thst before. The lady who cashed me out was very nice and professional. Then I got to the pick up window. The person passed me one drink (which was expected) then tried to hand me a second drink … I notified them that that was not for me. The gentleman looked at the screen and said that this is for me that I ordered two value combos. I notified them that I did not order two that I just ordered one combo and a separate sandwich. The manager came and was frustrated already before I could even explain. He’s like Ma’am what’s the problem. I repeated my order to him as above and he said that I ordered two value meals and comes with small fried. I said. Isn’t it suppose to come with medium fries (as I ordered this last week and it came with medium) he said no it’s value menu so it comes with small. I replied when did this change as I just ordered a meal last week and got medium fries. He replied ma’am we are all the same store and would get small fries. You need to be more clear next time and specify that you want a different size. I was caught so off guard as I did not expect his tone and his responses as I explained how I got a medium last week he said you couldn’t have as we are all the same implying that I’m lying to him !!! He said do you want the small fry I said I would like a medium one. He slammed the window so hard it bounced to half way as he is complaining about me and smelling everything else. He gave me my food and two drinks and stormed away. The other worker who was there was continually apologizing to me over and over! I have never felt so uncomfortable, accused, made me so upset I was shaking. I know it’s just fries but the Way he approached it and talked down to me! I will never go to thst location again !!!! I am still so upset as I wanted to eat and take a breather. His name was Akash and was the manager/supervisor wore a black shirt. He is NOT meant for thst position. I understand people can have bad days but to express it to a customer who is confused to when the McDouble combos changed to small fries it could have been dealt with...

Last evening, Sunday July 3rd 2022 I picked up my daughter at metro airport and decided to stop at the McDonald’s near the foot of the ambassador bridge for a bathroom break and a burger for the road . My daughter had a double cheeseburger and I only ordered a cheeseburger and soda. I was watching the guy prepping orders as it was a clear sight line to him. He pulled a burger from the plastic tray using tongs which was nice to see but then he dropped patty on counter. He grabbed wrapped burger barehanded, unwrapped it and grabbed the patty with his hands and plopped it down on the bun. This next thing puzzled me. He grabbed another burger from the tray, barehanded this time, put the patty on the other piece of bun then wiped off the work station with his hand. He proceeded to pick the first patty off the bun and tossed it somewhere then grabbed the second patty and placed it on the other part of bun. When the woman at the cash handed the bag to me I told her that I saw the guy using bare hands to play around with the prep and she replied,” we wash our hands a lot.” Many points here. The man wasn’t wearing gloves, wiped the counter with his hands then touched my burger, no gloves, gave me a burger bun that had already been wrapped then replaced the meat and served it to me, the man was the body type where he was heavily bearded,(type that has thick whiskers and big mustache) but had NO netting on long hair and facial hair., wasn’t wearing gloves and readily handled the meat patty. We proceeded to the car and after thinking about what could be on my burger I tossed it. Due to this unsanitary restaurant, I will never eat at another McDonald’s. Maybe McDonald’s management hasn’t heard, but we’ve been fighting a pandemic the past few years and this gross display of food hygiene puts everyone at risk. What a disgusting display of hygiene. I will shout from the highest rooftops that this place is unsafe and disgusting....
Read moreWhoever was working the second window tonight (October 27th around 10 PM) needs to be retrained or replaced. I don’t even mean to sound harsh, but she was absolutely terrible at her job.
I’ve been to this McDonald’s a billion times. Never had a single issue before. The food’s always fine, orders always right, service usually quick. But tonight was hands-down the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had.
First off, only one drive-thru lane was open, and the line was already wrapped around the corner. I ordered through the app to make things easier for both of us. When I got to the speaker, they confirmed they had my order. I pull up to the window, wait about 10–15 minutes, finally get to the second window and the worker tells me she doesn’t have my order and that I need to go all the way back around.
Instead of simply asking for my order number or typing it in, she decided to send me back through that entire line. That’s pure laziness and zero problem-solving. I had to circle through again, sit through another long line, wasting gas, time, and patience all for one McDouble combo.
By the time I finally got my food, I’d been in the drive-thru for nearly 30 minutes. And to top it off, my drink wasn’t even filled all the way and even though I ordered no pickles, there was still pickles on my burger.
This is fast food. Waiting half an hour for one small combo is ridiculous. Ordering on the app is supposed to make things easier, not harder. And if there’s a long line, workers should be focused on efficiency, not having ten-minute conversations with the car in front.
