I am so impressed with this restaurant. My wife and I just ordered the pizza and wing special for the second time because the first order was amazing and I fell in love with their wings, but this second order was where I was really impressed because of how they made it right. They accidentally forgot my wings so I called them and the guy on the phone immediately and without hesitation offered to bring them over and said he was sorry. Within 30 mins I had my wings and I am just so impressed. I have worked in the food industry so I get it, accidents happen, but how you make it right is what makes or breaks a business and these guys went above and beyond making me a customer for life going forward

Aside from great customer service, the food is great! I love their pizza, the crust isn't too thick and they don't skimp on toppings, but the wings are to die for! I am obsessed. I am a wing connoisseur of sorts. I order wings every week and my usual spot was closed so I found these guys last time and I loved their wings so much that I asked the wife if we could order them for my birthday which we did just now. The wing sauce is amazing and they are cooked perfectly, I love them.

All in all I highly recommend this place if not just for the food but the low prices and customer service. I will be back, maybe in person next time. Thank you guys for making it right I really...

I ordered here for the first time today and we were all excited to try it out. We went after 30 minutes to pick up the order and our order was not there. I understand it was a busy time but they were not apologetic and asked if we wanted to place another order. Of course, everyone at home was waiting for the pizza so we placed another order and we were asked to come back in 15 minutes. When we went back, I asked for an additional discount since we had to wait longer for a new order. The gentleman who spoke to me gave me a lot of attitude and was rude. He told me, "How much more discount should I give you, it's already a special?" I said, "I'm not sure but we ordered and our food was not made and we had to order again and wait. It is iftaar time and everyone at home is waiting for food. He was unapologetic and simply rude. I asked him, "Should I never order from here again?" and he said, "Do as you please." At this point I was ready to pay the full price and he asked his colleague to charge me one dollar less from my bill. His colleague slammed the machine on the counter and I paid and left feeling completely horrible about the entire experience. This place needs to learn customer service etiquette. I will never order from here again and I will advise my family and friends...

Just ordered from here, spent $68. It got here in decent time. Although the delivery guy wasn’t sure on how much change to give and just stood there waiting for me to figure it out even though we told them on the phone we would be giving a $100 bill so they knew to have proper change. He then proceeded to tell me he didn’t bring any $1 coins, which resulted in him not being able to give us proper change back or maybe that was his way of making sure he received a tip? So we paid, etc. we opened the bags and immediately it all had a weird old smell. BUT we were excited anyway, we hadn’t eaten yet today and it was midnight, so we were HUNGRY. Let me tell you, the sub I ordered barely had anything in it, the pickles tasted like they had been sitting out for 3 months, TERRIBLE. I ordered a gyro sandwich, it wasn’t too bad. We got wings and Poutine as well, the wings were ‘okay’ and the poutine wasn’t bad but I think McDonald’s has better poutine. The gravy tasted like nothing. Overall I don’t recommend.
