I ordered uber eats from this location and my delivery driver was wonderful but McDonald’s left out half of my order including my add ons and when I called about it immediately after receiving my bag of food to inform the store, the gentleman who answered the phone (I believe his name was Dylan) told me that I am to go through uber eats for missing items, said have a good night and hung up the phone before I even got another word in. My banana chocolate chunk muffin was in the bag loosely with everything else and is rock hard and dried out, sausage McMuffin is cold, Egg Blt bagel is not arranged as a sandwich and is thrown together in the wrapper, they provided 1 ketchup and 2 mayo packs when I selected the condiments on the app but was not provided them, and both (2) of the RMH chocolate chip cookies as well as both (2) of the hash browns were not in my order. I have avoided this McDonald’s previously due to this issue. I have had countless issues at this location and it is extremely disappointing. The customer service is terrible in person and over the phone, the employees seem like they hate their jobs, nothing ever gets resolved but it’s not like it’s a one off occurrence that gets rectified by a simple “hi sorry this item was forgotten out of my order” and it gets fixed, instead I’m left feeling as if I’ve inconvenienced the staff by requesting items that I PAID FOR. I would never recommend this location. There’s no sense in “paying for convenience” when I end up paying for inconvenience. Considering what it costs just to be unsatisfied every time, I’d have better odds of going to the A&W across the parking lot of even the Denny’s on Benson St to spend the same amount of money and at least be happy with my order. If I decide to splurge and treat myself to takeout, it will not be here. I ordered from here as a last resort as I currently cannot drive myself somewhere else and I am once again regretting my decision to eat anything from McDonalds. It’s unfortunately not just the Division Street McDonald’s location but this one seems to be the worst. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service or consideration. I’m not expecting above and beyond but not even having the items I paid my own money for is unacceptable. Read morePlaced a $50 order to have delivered. Part of the order was missing. Partially the fault of the Uber delivery driver, but it's also the responsibility of McDonald's to make sure that order is complete for the delivery person. They both failed. However, unable to reach the delivery service. I called the McDonald's the order was filled at. The manager answered. I mentioned I was missing part of my order. The manager confirmed what was missing before I could even tell her. She was already aware that the mistake had happened. However, she completely dismissed my complaint and told me I would have to go and pick it up myself. I told her this was not my mistake, and it wasn't my job to fix it. Proper customer service would have been to put the order in a cab and have it delivered. Easy solution. Instead she hung up on me. I called back and she was very rude and again continued to say it wasn't her problem and that she already offered a solution. Her solution was for me to go pick up an order I paid to have delivered. If that was an option, I wouldn't have paid for delivery. Horrible customer service, horrible manager. By the time I gave up looking for a resolution the rest of the food was cold. $50 worth of food wasted, but not McDonald's problem. I hope you're pleased with yourself for making a child cry. Read more.This as close as I've seen any of my Donald's get to full table service anywhere..with delivery of your kiosk order or any order for that matter to your table and a good mixed young and seasoned employees who interact well with the clientele...I believe this location is a marketing leader if mc Donald's suits are in the game of market share..jump on this as your leader of the fleet this is my neighbourhood McDonald's I spend slot of time here and let me say I am impressed as you see by my critique of it I seldom give a five to fast food franchises but believe me it's homey personable inviting with a staff well managed ..by a team of managers who do it the right way ...never expectin g an employee to just follow...they work along side them motivating encouraging and correcting there happy and eager staff..and I don't see any mutiny brewing all love the opportunities there managers are giving them and the time they spent with them just heartwarming to see in this dollar motivated economy......p.s all day breakfast coming here soon...wouldn't roller blades be a real addition ...great staff and example of a flagship restaurant koodos.to all...competition better follow there lead..as a hospitality industry manager for 20years I'm so proud to see...
