although the food is tastey, their customer service could use some work.
staff can be condescending and argumentative for no reason.
one occasion i order online and chose to pay with debit but i guess it switched as i edited a sandwich and wasnt aware for when i came for pickup - the lady there was rude and address me as if i was stupid for not knowing i still had to pay (of which i had no problem doing) and when i confronted her she said that i took my own order i should’ve known, which i get - but mistakes happen and to be disrespected over doesnt sit right with me as i wasnt rude just wasnt aware… another occasion- is when i order from pita pit anywhere between Cobourg and Kingston, i order it made in a bowl first then into a pita wrap in order to ensure a good mix is in every bite. when asked to do here, they claimed “theyve never do it here. theyd need a million bowls if that was the case” as if they couldnt use one of their many metal bowls to mix it and then wash it.
working in fast food myself, i get the “picky” people and the “frustrating orders” but it doesnt allow anyone to display a god complex type of attitude at a simple fast food restaurant.
Do better!! As a manager, i wouldnt allow my staff to treat customers the way they do.

The reason for my 3 star is because the one girl who works in there is lovely, always greets you and talks to you is so helpful and awesome and I would 100% give her a 5 star all day everyday! The difference is, went in there the other night and some girl named Kandi shouldn’t even work in customer service. She was awful, rude and so ignorant. We go to Pita pit 3-4 times per week and if that’s who I had to deal with, I would NEVER go there again!!! Worst customer service EVER! I had ordered something from them with skip the dishes and when it arrived it was missing a significant amount of the dishes I had ordered. When I called to ask them about what happened they said that they knew the delivery guy left without them but that they couldn't do anything about it. If theh knew he left without it why wait for it to get to me rather than either getting the driver to come back or call me to let me know ahead of time.
