I have been a fan and a loyal supporter of Osmow's restaurant for years. Whenever I travel to a new city, this is the first place I look for. However, my recent experience has drastically changed this perspective.

For someone that is traveling and After placing the order, I waited for over 30 minutes without any acknowledgment, and the discriminatory attitude was glaringly obvious. While I quietly observed, other customers who arrived after us were being served ahead of me and receiving apologies for the delay. I finally asked about my order, the staff member’s response was shocking saying "I have to look after online orders too." and When I asked, "So you don’t care?" there was no apology or basic courtesy.

At that point, I decided to cancel the order and request a refund, as I cannot support a business that treats customers with such discrimantory manner. A line worker, who witnessed the manager’s attitude, attempted to apologize, but it wasn’t her fault then the manager tried to do the same but it was no longer effective – the issue clearly lies in poor management.

This experience has completely shattered my trust in this restaurant. I will not be returning, and I hope Osmow's management addresses these issues before more customers are treated...

I've been a frequent customer for a while now since it opened here in Cornwall but now I will officially stand down from going to this specific location because of the reason below.

They reduced their portion size, I've ordered a large 'Chicken on the rocks' which was a heaping amount when the place first opened, it was amazing and it's what made me go back for more.

Upon recent visits, probably 7 times in 2 months from the date of this review, they added portion size in the large that would fit the medium container perfectly for the price of a "Large", I've also witnessed them take rice from the container I ordered and put it back on the steam table where it keeps the food hot. Again, the portion fit in the medium container.

As much as I love Osmow's, I'm definitely not returning to this location because of that reason. Hopefully an Osmow's elsewhere will provide the same level of Quantity and Quality from when I...
