Struggling with indecision? Just go for Indian food! 😂😂😂

My taste buds were craving punjabi tadka and this paratha place was perfect to satisfy it! The place and the ambiance is quite funky and fun, ideally targeting young people and crowd. It’s closer to University and accessible by most students. The color pop was a bit much. Anyways that’s got nothing to do with their food and service. I tried their malai soya chaap and it was bomb! Have to and have to try if you ever visit. I also tried their veggie and chicken minced paratha. The 🫓 paratha were too delicious and quantity is so much that had to pack half my paratha to go! Be careful when ordering and letting them know the spice level. I told them medium spice and yet it was super spicy for me! But overall it depends on individual tolerance level. Paratha is served with curd and achaar. Soya chaap had two chutneys- imli and green one, I requested them if they could just switch red one with other green one and I was told it would be considered extra add on and will be charged for, which is insane given the tiny quantity of chutney. Nevertheless food was delicious and service was good! Definitely recommend this place!

Parantha Junction is a delightful haven for parantha lovers. With an impressive array of flavorful options, from classic aloo to innovative paneer fillings, each parantha is a burst of authentic taste and quality. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for a casual meal or a quick snack. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. However, I do miss their Gol Gappa stall, which added an extra layer of excitement to the culinary journey. I’ve had multiple dine-in experiences there, mostly ordered “Aloo Parantha” and “Batata puri”. And sometimes I order via skip or DoorDash. The food quality stays amazing regardless. One thing which I think they can improve for take out or delivery orders is giving their parantha sides a little extra if the customer demands. I once wanted extra butter for delivery, hardly 2, and as you can see they just gave me one butter and asked me to pay extra next time if I wanted more. Nonetheless, Parantha Junction remains a top choice for anyone craving delicious Indian comfort food in Windsor.

Worst Customer Service by a crew Member. I will never visit to this place again and will not suggest anyone to dine there. They don't have good customer service and the staff itself doesn't know that there crew members are passing false information to customers. They have so much of attitude in them making the customer feel disappointed. Today I dined here at 10pm with a group of five people, and our experience was one of the worst I've had at any restaurant. When I inquired about the ingredients in the mango lassi due to my allergies, a staff member responded bluntly, saying it wasn't possible to provide that information. Despite my explanation, she walked away without offering any assistance. They don't even know that there is a policy to tell the customers about the ingredients if they have allergen problems. They told us to seat on a four chaired table, we requested to move to a larger table for two friends who were joining us. The same staff member dismissed our request saying "That's not possible at the moment you can switch tables after your friends come". The larger tables were empty still they didn't allow us to seat and wanted to switch tables in mid of our dinner. Still we patiently waited for our order to come and they served us 3 main course dishes before appetizers. We still waited for 15 minutes for the next 2 main course and 1 more appetizer. After that we asked the staff member that they haven't served us the rest order she replied that to whom did you ordered? And we were like what is this question does it even matters to whom we plce order from. We told her soflt that the other staff member had taken the order and she replied let me check. After she asked waht orders didn't came yet? They don't even know what they served and what not. After 10 more minutes the order finally arrived. The plates were half on the table and half outside of it, making it uncomfortable for us to eat. We asked for larger table again and the same crew member said with attitude that "That's not my problem". Feeling frustrated, we spoke to the manager and she confornts that she told the crew member to tell us to wait for our friends and then they will start serving. The crew member is passing us the false information and doesn't even know how to deal with customers. When we returned to our table, the same crew member approached me, asking if I hadn't been told that we could switch tables when our friends arrive. It is clear that she still didn't get that she passed a false information to us and started blaming me that I am telling false information. She continued to exhibit a dismissive attitude. I told her that her behaviour was unacceptable, and she stormed off into the kitchen, visibly angry. The manager was herself suprised by the crew member's attitude and stated that she is new and doesn't know how to handle customer interactions. If your staff members are new then train them and after that ask to deal...

It was my worst customer service experience ever. This was my usually go to restaurant and sometimes i have faced issues with food before but i never really complain or make a big deal even i am not the person who write reviews very often , because i understand i am also the manager at other restaurant so i do understand. But last night i visited the restaurant with my friends and we ordered food. But the girl Mahek who was taking the order seems uninterested in answering the questions regarding our order. We ask for an ingredient because of my high allergies, i just simply ask what comes in the food and she replies very arrogantly that I don’t know. And even i know I won’t let you know. I explained her i have allergies issues that is the only reason i am asking and even after that she refuses to answer. Similarly if she is taking order with other guests (Boys particularly) she talks so nicely and with a huge smile. Again after she serves us, she put my place half out side of the table because there was no space for 7 people to eat, I patiently showed her that look my plate is half outside I won’t be able to eat, and I requested to change the table or join other table whatever works for you, she ignored twice and just walk away. And the last time i called her and showed her she replied “That’s not my problem, adjust by yourself “ . All other customers were looking at us how she is ignoring and insulting the guests. She just got angry and walk away in the kitchen.

That is not the customer service we expected. And by the time i was complaining to the manager about the girl my food was all cold and dry. Even manager also saw and agreed with us that her attitude was insulting and disrespectful. I went to enjoy the sunday night with my friends and have a good food which I could not have. Very disappointing. Not going to visit again. And would recommend to not go...
