I recently had the pleasure of ordering from the Culture Crust Pizza, and let me tell you, it was an absolute delight! This place truly lives up to its name by blending the best of Indian flavors and spices with the beloved taste of pizza, resulting in a culinary experience like no other.

From the moment I placed my order for home delivery, I was greeted with excellent customer service. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my order was taken accurately and promptly. The delivery arrived within the estimated time, and the packaging was secure, keeping the pizza fresh and hot.

We went for a walk in on Saturday night here. We ordered a ginger chilli pizza for first time. Now due to rush we understand the wait time to be longer so we waited patiently for 45 minutes, sitting on tables that weren’t even getting cleared or clean by anyone there.

After that finally we got our pizza but wait for it…. It did not have the toppings mentioned on their menu. We were missing banana pepper and cilantro. The pizza was just paneer, green peppers and onions. On top of that, we did not have ginger chilli drizzle which was also listed on the menu there. So after a piece we felt pizza to be a little dry. We informed person managing the counter (we believe he is the owner) and told him we were missing some 2 whole toppings and the drizzle on our pizza. What he offered in return was “we forgot to update the menu and you can have one free dip if you want”. Now we paid ~$25 for a mediocre 3-topping pizza which we could’ve gotten anywhere with way less wait time and better service. I give them that they are busy and mistakes happen, but not owning up to it and offering a free dip without correcting pizza for which we waited 45 minutes for, is just as an old customer I find, not worth it. And even if the menu change had happened, when we ordered, it was their responsibility upfront to inform us that what you read and order from menu is not what you’ll get because we have changed it.

Maybe them and us, both should just stick to their samosa pizza and for others, I don’t think I’ll try something new again from this place.

And update the menus please. I’ll be sad if I see the same menu back in month again. That would just mean you made an excuse or lied to customer because you did not want to own up to mistake. This has happened before once as well, with 7 cheese pizza which came with 2 cheese lol, but we let it go, but I’d be fool if I keep paying for something that’s on menu and keep getting something totally different, surprisingly lol and for the prizes they have,...

PARKING 🚗-- Road side parking in front of the restaurant. A little tricky and there is some space in the rear.Overall I will give it an 7 / 10

AMBIENCE 💐-- Neat & tidy sitting area 💺inside .There were couches and proper sitting arrangements. The whole ambience was bright and cozy 💡.Overall I will give it an 7 / 10

MENU 📜 -- Lots of interesting food options i.e. tandoori pizza, samosa pizza , Green Wave 🍕,burger , drinks etc. ( No 🍺) . Overall I will give it an 9 / 10 Medium 🍕 -- 8 slices Large 🍕 -- 10 slices XL🍕 -- 14 slices

SERVICE 👨‍🍳 -- Decent service .The staff was courteous and professional .Overall I will give it an 8 / 10.

Food 🍕🍕-- We ordered Tandoori planner pizza .It was served quickly in 8-10 minutes 🕐 .The food served was hot , properly baked and fresh 💦🪟.Overall I will give it a 8 / 10

Quantity 🏋️‍♂️ -- We ordered Medium 🍕 which has 8 slices and 1 Garlic bread 🍞 . To me it's sufficient for 2 adults with normal appetite 😋Overall I will give it an 8.5 / 10

Quality 🌶️ -- The pizza 🍕 and garlic 🍞 served was fresh and crispy. Loaded with cheese, sauce , toppings and flavors.Overall I will give it an 8.5 / 10.

NOTE -- Tandoori 🍕 is bit on the dry side I need to order extra chipotle sauce for extra bucks 💸

PRICE 💰-- For 1 medium 🍕, 1 Garlic 🍞, 1 ginger ale and extra sauce we paid CAD 32. Keeping in mind the quantity and quality I found the price on the higher ⏫ side .Overall I will give it a 7 / 10.

The whole experience was great but price disappoints me a bit.😦 Hopefully I will visit sometime .

Tips -- With takeaways you can save few bucks ,please check with the staff.👫 We visited on Friday evening. there were only 1-2 guests in the restaurant excluding us .
