Non-members require entry fee but it is free for all members. If you are under 25 years of age, you can get free membership for a year, just go to their website to the membership tab and email them requesting for Under-25 membership. Every third Thursday of the month from 5-9pm the museum is open to visitors and members. Different parts of the museum hosts different exhibition and curation. When I visited, the Love Language themed exhibition was going on and I tried my hands on a sculpture in their art studio (my theme was physical touch) and I donated to the studio. On weekends they have art classes-painting, sculpture, crafts…just check with the website before every weekend. It is free for all members and might require a registration fee for non-members. A great place to indulge if you are truly interested in art and making art. Had a lovely time❤️

I visited this museum a few years back, coming from the Metro-Detroit area. Hence, in the last photo you see I went up to the seating area on the rooftop; and you get a lovely view of the Detroit riverfront, which is honestly the cherry on top and a great way to end your trip to such a pleasant museum. This museum has rotating exhibits and no two-exhibits will be the exact same, whilst also having a relatively permanent collection, so find an event or exhibit you really like and go for it! I will certainly be stopping by again next year and seeing what’s new, and to soak in more of those Detroit views.

What a beautiful gallery. I went to an opening night and they were so organized in letting everyone in. I get the impression that opening nights are usually well attended. The work exhibited in all the floors was interested. I say, go and visit. Besides, it is proven that your blood pressure lowers when you visit an art gallery. There is an elevator -in case you are wondering. It has (three or four?) floors with ample room to move around.

What a waste of a beautiful building! I'm not sure who is choosing what is on display but they need to be replaced with someone(s) with taste. The "art" that was on display looked more like someone's craft creation(boxing gloves with bells glued on) lots of photographs but very little actual art, one visit there was literally garbage strewn about and this was an art installation actual trash, come on!! There were a few beautiful paintings but nothing worth your time trying to find somewhere to park and then paying to get in. Windsor's art gallery could be amazing if actual art was displayed and they wouldn't have to look beyond our own community of amazing artist, Windsor has a very talented community of artist and designers! Less projectors playing short videos and photographs and more paintings, sculptures...
