What a delightful find! This family-owned soup and sandwich restaurant has quickly become my go-to spot for a delicious, heartwarming meal. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
One of the standout features of this restaurant is their commitment to using locally sourced, high-quality ingredients. You can taste the difference in every bite. The vegetables are fresh and bursting with flavor, and the bread for their sandwiches is simply divine.
I've tried several items on their menu, and each one has exceeded my expectations. The soups are a true highlight, with a rotating selection of homemade creations that never fail to satisfy. Whether it's a classic tomato bisque or a more adventurous Thai coconut curry soup, they consistently hit the mark.
Their sandwiches are equally impressive. The combinations of ingredients are creative, and the attention to detail in each sandwich is evident. The generous portions ensure that you'll leave feeling completely satisfied.
What sets this place apart is the genuine care and passion that the family puts into their food and service. They make you feel like a part of their family, and it's evident that they take great pride in what they do.
Overall, this family-owned gem is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates top-notch food made with love and the finest local ingredients. I can't recommend it enough, and I can't wait to return to try more of their delightful offerings. Five stars all...
Read moreThe young, short white guy who served me was clearly unfriendly and extremely racist. He kept a poker face, and I could tell he didn’t want to serve me. When I ordered a sandwich, he started packing it without even asking about toppings. I had to request them myself. Then, once again, without asking if I wanted any sauces, he packed it up, so I had to ask for those too. Even when it came to toasting the bread, he didn’t bother to ask and just packed it as is. At the end, he handed me the sandwich without even putting it in a bag. I asked him to put it in the bag and he put the sandwich in there without any napkins. I have previously worked at a Mr Sub before and this is not how you are trained to treat anyone. All of this is very basic stuff that he needs to know.
Meanwhile, a withe customer placed an order, and the server treated him completely differently. He was friendly, asking him about toppings, sauces, and whether he wanted the sandwich toasted and overall just being overly nice. I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I only visited because my friend recommended the place, saying they had great sandwiches but I don’t think I will be...
Read moreI used to go here on a regular basis but will no longer support the location in the market. My sons fiancé got a job there a couple of weeks ago and was let go this week. She worked on Monday and on Tuesday(her day off) she received a text from the manager telling her she was being let go because there was a conflict with another employee, me being a manger in the past was confused by this, first I have never heard of anyone being let go by text and usually as a manger I would try to resolve this issue with the staff by having a meeting with both ppl involved. I guess they don’t try to resolve things and just go straight to firing them. The other confusing thing is that they were teaching her how to make soup, open and close the store and she didn’t see this coming. Not how you treat employees. Not a professional work place at all. I will no longer be buying soup from...
