I started by wanting to order online and I put in the store location and put in my order, however, for self-serve online orders ... Do you really think demanding a TIP for self service is warranted here?. No-one has done anything and you want a bonus on top of the price of the regular ordered? TIPS is an acronym ... To Insure Prompt Service. I have not received anything and did everything myself up to this point and I am asked to put in a TIP in big and bold on the order payment screen. IT is not apparent that you can opt out as it automatically puts it on your bill unless you opt out. ... SO I called instead, I told the order person (Kashbu) that I want to order a medium Hawaiian pizza with mushroom. She took my name and hesitated for 5 seconds and asked me again for my order. I told her less that 10 seconds ago and she did not remember. NOT GOOD SERVICE. she has the simpliest of jobs, take and order correctly SO I went back and ordered online. I got a text that my order was ready ... nice job here for customer updates regarding the progress of my order. I went to pick up my order and was greeted by the same person who could not remember my order, Kashbu. Nice person, but has to do better than forgetting an order in 5 seconds. This is a nicely designed and laid out pizza shop that clearly has been well thought out regarding the look and feel as the design is fantastic and shows as a franchise store. Read moreAny other time I’d have given this place 5 stars as it’s been my goto pizza place since they opened. Tonight I ordered for my kids extra pep, extra bacon, got the extra pep but 1 topping equivalent of extra bacon, seeing this was a 4 topping pizza I expected what I’ve ordered in the past. My wife and I always order the same pizza as seen in the picture supposed to be “extra “ cheese that I paid 3.75 for with pep, bacon, green pepper and tomato, as you can see by the photo there next to no bacon and the extra cheese is no different than what I’ve gotten before minus the extra cheese. When I called I was told corporate or “ the company “ has cut back the amount of bacon to essentially non existent. They offered a 5$ credit which I asked for 10$ since both pizza weren’t made correctly, as well even asked for a new order and even offered to pick it up. I was told no sir , well just make it the same. The rep talked to the manager about the 10$ request and was told no. I’m only one person however after collecting my 6 points rebate and cashing in my 5$ offer I won’t be coming back to Salvatore pizza.
Update after being told the manager rejected my 10$ request, I told them fine all accept my 5$ coupon for next order and I’ll be leaving feedback, I’m curious what changed? Didn’t want the negative feedback?, now how this work you should’ve made it right the first time.

Read moreWe were really looking forward to visiting Salvatore Pizza because we love their food, but our recent experience left us disappointed. We arrived 6 minutes before their posted closing time (3 am), but as soon as we parked, the staff locked the door. When I asked if they were already closed (since their store hours clearly said open until 3 am), they seemed confused and checked with the cashier. After some back and forth, they reopened the door, but once we got inside, we were told we could only order poutine because the oven had already been turned off.
To make matters worse, the staff actually suggested we try a different pizza place if we wanted pizza! While we understand that employees want to finish up their shift, it was unprofessional to turn us away early and offer no real explanation, especially when the posted hours and online information didn’t match. It’s frustrating to have been excited for pizza and leave with such a disappointing experience instead.
This experience has really put a damper on our love for Salvatore Pizza, and we’re not sure if we’ll be returning...
