Good evening! I am writing to report a bad customer service experience I faced at Presotea Kingston. I placed an order today via ubereats and was waiting around for the order. After waiting for a long time I went check upon the order at the counter and the lady at the counter said someone took my order already and they had my same name & order number. The person also blamed me saying I did let someone took my order purposefully and came around to get a free one. The server was rude and racist and blaming the customer for her mistake was hateful too. I am someone who orders too often from this place and this is the first time I am facing such a situation. Their bubble teas are so good! My favorite one is the Berries Cheese Cloud. The only thing I do not love about Presotea is the amount of plastic and the unnecessary insulated bag when you order online, which they make non-reusable due to the strong sticky tape. It would be nicer if they made it reusable and/or used an eco-friendly bag. I mean, you can use a solution to remove the tape and make it reusable (which I did), but a lot of people will not do that.

Additionally, their cups are really high quality, so I'll probably start encouraging people to reuse them. It would be great if Presotea offered an xx% discount for customers who bring their own Presotea cup; otherwise, it's a waste of plastic. Not everyone will reuse or...

I am very disappointed with the service I received. I ordered two Mango Cheese Cloud drinks, and halfway through one, I found something like a white stick in the drink, which was not edible.

When I called the next day to report it, I was told to call back later when a manager or supervisor was available. A few days later, I spoke to a supervisor, explained the issue, and gave all the details. However, I was told nothing could be done, and the call ended abruptly.
