Pizza Studio Canada — Restaurant in Ontario

Ordered dinner for myself and my daughter. The order was late but was advised upfront that this would happen (I was ok with that). When the order finally arrived through Skip The Dishes. It was completely cold. Called the restaurant 2 times (no answer) .. finally someone answered on the third attempt and I told them what had happened. They blamed the driver for not being on time to pick up the order but it doesn’t excuse them from keeping the meals warm in the interim. The lady who answered the phone told me to complain to SKTD. Why? You sent the meals out cold.. Skip provides a deliver service nothing more. The restaurant is 2 mins away from my place. The food was horrible … pizza was cold, chicken tenders had cartilage on every piece making it difficult to eat. The attitude i received from the staff warrants a poor rating. I never complain about anything and this is the 1st time I’ve posted a review. Completely disappointed. I don’t recommend this restaurant. It’s not enough that your get gouged with high prices for meals that includes a service fee and a driver tip but to be given lip service from the restaurant and then try to pass the blame when it’s clearly your fault doesn’t sit well with me.

I’m one of those rare breeds that doesn’t love pizza… I typically go for thin crusts, and gourmet ingredients. In general, It’s never my first choice when getting takeout.

I have been here 3 times. The first time the pizza was soooo good. Ingredients were fresh. Staff were super friendly and patient. The second time? Even better.

Today I tried the salad and fries and Omg to die for. This is the best caesar salad I’ve ever had. It tastes like it belongs in a restaurant like milestones or the Keg (Honestly better) The fries were still hot and crispy despite being in a box for 20 minutes.

This is my new favourite place and it’s seriously so underrated. I would say this is better than score pizza. Pizza studio also doesn’t skimp on toppings….

I like less cooked, chewier, thin crust pizzas, other pizzas are way too heavy, have no flavour, and upset my tummy.

If you don’t like that, I’m sure you could ask for it to be cooked a bit longer or pop it in the oven at home for a few minutes… because you can’t go wrong with the quality, and the topping selection.

Whatever you’re doing, keep doing it! I’m so picky and I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

As a vegan, this place makes me so happy. Lots of Vegan options! My partner and are are always pleased when we go here!

However, only a 2 star review as the service is one of the worst in the city. Firstly, we are almost always never greeted when we come in. The music is so loud I cannot hear what they are saying, and they cannot hear me. It’s always my partner and I, but they take our orders one at a time. So by the time my pizza is through the oven, his is only being prepared.

I would not leave a review for a one off but we are here at least twice a month and it happens every time. This passed weekend there were three girls working. One took my order(incorrectly as the music was so loud), one was cleaning, and one was stocking drinks. As I stood there waiting to pay, the line continued to grow. Neither girl stopped what they were doing to help the other customers. I continued to wait to pay while my pizza sat at the edge of the oven finished. Finally I had to grab the girl stocking the drinks to ring me through. I hate being that person.
