A Flavorful Fiesta at Qdoba Mexican Restaurant
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Qdoba Mexican Restaurant, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat.
Let's start with the star of the show - the food. The quality of the dishes at Qdoba is truly exceptional. Each bite was bursting with authentic Mexican flavors, fresh ingredients, and a perfect balance of spices. Whether it was the sizzling fajitas, the flavorful burritos, or the mouthwatering tacos, every dish was a culinary delight that left me craving more. The variety of options on the menu catered to all tastes and dietary preferences, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy.
The service at Qdoba was top-notch. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of excellent. From recommendations on menu items to prompt service, their professionalism and hospitality truly added to the overall enjoyment of my meal.
As for the atmosphere, Qdoba provided a welcoming and vibrant setting that enhanced the dining experience. The colorful decor, lively music, and warm ambiance created a festive and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Whether dining alone or with a group, the restaurant's ambiance added a touch of authenticity to the overall dining experience.
In conclusion, Qdoba Mexican Restaurant is a must-visit for anyone looking to savor delicious and authentic Mexican cuisine in a welcoming environment. With outstanding food quality, impeccable service, and a lively atmosphere, Qdoba has undoubtedly earned its place as a standout dining destination that I will gladly return to...
Read moreVisited this location a few days ago. Ordered a quesadilla and was told we were not allowed to have any type of sauce (queso, salsa or ranch) due to it possibly being messy and spilling out onto the grill. This is odd to me because every other Qdoba I have visited across the country, even other London locations, has allowed this. This caused my quesadilla to be super dry and almost half of the ingredients inside fell out. Cheese could’ve maybe saved it and held it together but there wasn’t even a lot of that either. Also, toasting/grilling a burrito is definitely a standard at other locations, the burrito we received was not, so the burrito was cold in some parts and warm where the chicken was.
The quesadilla thing doesn’t bother me as much as how ignored I felt as a customer. There were 5 girls working and everyone was helping with delivery orders. I have worked in restaurants before and I understand how hectic it can be to get a delivery order ready before the driver arrives, but please don’t ignore the customers that are actually in your store and don’t prioritize the delivery food first. My quesadilla was half made by one person and I’m assuming she was trying to hand it off to the next girl to finish it for her, but it sat there ignored for over 2 minutes while everyone else was scrambling to put the delivery orders together. My boyfriends food was done and wrapped at this point. Can you not just designate one person to help with the customers in line?
Won’t be returning to...
Read moreEDIT: The director of operations saw my newest edit. He was kind and apologetic about my experience. He addressed the situation adequately and offered a new experience for me should I return.
I appreciated the effort very much.
EDIT: They asked me to contact them and take MORE TIME to improve THEIR service - and still did NOTHING (see pics below)
Staff member told me I can only pick 3 ingredients for my burrito bowl! I went late on July 20th to get over $60 dollars worth of food. I asked for the ingredients to be deconstructed so I could serve it the following morning our game day. The First Lady told me that I could do so, but I could only choose 3 ingredients for my burrito bowl. I usually only come for queso and chips, so I did not know any different. Thankfully the lady that was actually putting my order together, more specifically was putting the items in the containers kept asking if I wanted this or that. In fact she offered me MORE than the 3 items the previous lady told me I was allowed to have. I then asked this new lady if I could have more than the 3 I was entitled to, and she said that I could have any of the ingredients for each bowl. I am very angry that I was misled by this First Lady. I have never had anyone try to make their own rules at a restaurant and I have no idea why someone would do this. I was not greedy or asked for an unreasonable amount of ingredients. In fact, at the time that I was limited, I hadn’t asked...
