Rangeela Paan — Restaurant in Ontario

Nicest staff I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had pretty bad incident just now. Some dumbfuk has put the brampton branch’s website in this location. We ordered online and was here to pickup our order. Staff couldn’t find it in their system and they realized it’s Brampton Branch order. They tried to call brampton branch but they said they can’t refund because the food is already ready. What if someone would’ve ordered via phone??? Just because you had my money already you guys stole from the customer. What a nonsense excuse. First they merged the website and being the two branches from the same store, instead of adjusting the balance with the store, brampton branch declined to offer any refund even though their so called prepared food was untouched by us. In windsor branch, we were not only treated well but our concern was addressed, the guy at the counter went above and beyond to help us out. Overall great facility, food, and what a great treatment.

Whoever is the management of these stores, learn to use digital presence and stop giving customers...

I visited your restaurant and wanted to share my experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere — it was warm and welcoming.

However, I was quite disappointed with the behavior of one of the staff members. I had ordered both a starter and a main course and clearly requested that the starter be served first. Unfortunately, the girl who took my order (she was wearing glasses and if I’m not wrong her name was Mandeep I ask her name) responded very rudely and said it was her choice what to serve first. I found this behavior unprofessional and quite disrespectful.

While the food and ambiance were excellent, I hope the staff can be trained to communicate more politely with customers in the future. I wanna say that please respect the coustmer needs....

I was really disappointed with the paan I ordered. It tasted stale and lacked the freshness I expected. I’ve had much better paan elsewhere.Service Issues: "The service was incredibly slow.
