Unique situation. I was in an extreme rush when I left the house as my time was limited to pull off a really nice gesture for someone in need. Of course, this would be the one day I forget my card to pay. It's morning rush, I've already placed my order and am waiting to go to the window in a complete panic. Then I received the most wonderful customer service that I will likely remember forever. Because it's the little things. I very quickly explained my situation and Carrie (I believe it was Carrie sorry! She was extremely kind and professional and struck me as an "Owner" type with how amazing and composed she was). She allowed me to take the order with the promise that I would come back to pay of course. I wasn't asked to, but I left my cellphone as a sign of goodwill that I would come back. When I did return to pay, I was already uber impressed with how she handled the situation at drive-thru, so I went in to pay at the counter to say a proper Thank You. I spoke to Carrie for about 5 minutes and she impressed me about 5 more times. This is how you keep customers for LIFE! Thank you Carrie! You and your team in Cornwall are truly what it is all about, and clearly they have wonderful management...
Read moreNot very impressed with the customer service this morning. Went and ordered 2 drinks, upon getting to the window we asked for the total as it was not give and the lady shoved the debit machine at us we told her we were not paying with debit and asked again for the total as we had 2 drinks and the machine only had one, when another employee explained this to the girl at the window she was rude to that co Worker infront of us. Upon getting the total she said it's an ice cap and ice coffee. When trying to explain that it was a normal coffee not an ice coffee she kept shoving the debit machine towards us. After she finally punch in the order properly we told her we were not paying with debit for the second time and that we were using scan and pay she said "well it only works sometime" and proceeded to scan the card. It didn't work but instead of informing us she shoved the debit machine at us again. We left and at this point will not be returning to that location. As someone who used to work at Tim Hortons in Monkland I hope that no Worker actually thinks it's ok to talk or treat a customer this way because...
Read moreI go here pretty much every day and I rarely go to any other Tim's if I don't have to. Most of the staff remember me/my order and will automatically starting punching in/making my order before I even say anything. On the rare occasion that my drink is made incorrectly by mistake, they always fix it right away. The only negative experience I ever have is usually because of other customers who don't know how to exhibit kindness to service workers lol. Lots of weird, racist reviews left on here as if that has anything to do with the actual service as well. If you can't behave in public or are going to complain over nothing, just make your coffee at home instead of dogging on minimum wage workers, who, by the way, still come to work on holidays and through pandemics just to make coffee for...
