I have been craving shrimp fried rice for a while now, and ordering out isn't something I can and should do often. Now I looked up the near place with it, and this is the place h that came up. I went to it, and it was pretty dead in there. I ordered the food and it wasn't anything special while ordering it. Yes, the English there wasn't the best, but eh, that's not the end of the world. So I ordered it, and it was done quickly, kinda too quickly if you asked me. Got home and at 1/3 of it, and it wasn't the greatest nor the worse, but something felt a little off . My stomach, who was pretty empty beforehand kinda felt a little sick and so i stopped. It took a little while, but it settled down after a few hours. I thought I ate it too quickly, which was why I went back and ate the rest. Now, today, the day after, I had it. I am VERY ill. I woke up and felt really bad stomach wise, and a few hours after I woke up, I emptied it out in the toilet. I am pretty sure what I got is food poisoning. My stomach is empty, and I can't eat more without it being emptied again. It was dead in there, and I think I now know that. I hope tmr it will be better but I can't tell if it will. My stomach is just upside-down, and I think i have a fever. I burned my throat with the acidity from throwing up, and i wasted 19$ on shrimp fried rice that seems to have caused this problem. It's the only thing that makes sense for how i feel at the moment. The food might make you sick. Sick, like how i am sick, and that isn't something someone could pay me to be like, nor something I should...

Edit: Since posting this review over 4 months ago and boycotting this restaurant for months prior every single time we go in they go above and beyond for us. I mean super friendly attitude, asking us how our day is going and warm smiles. This is the exact response I was hoping for. Kudos!

Understand that the food here is good, however we order through BonApp and every 20 or so orders it rewards us with a free meal, we still have to pay for the meals that we are ordering, but in addition to that in restaurant we are supposed to be rewarded 1 or 2 meals of choice (equal or lesser value) and despite the fact that we have shown the franchisee guy how BonApp works and the rewards system he flat out refuses to honour the rewards and demands that I call YMG group to deal with it. I believe that this is not at all my issue to need to deal with as he is uneducated about the deals that YMG group has with BonApp. Additional to this, when we order 10 meals we get a free spring roll and fountain drink, which they DO honour... The words frustration & confusion don't even begin to paint the picture I'm trying to paint. I will consider changing my rating when the franchisee honors the rewards system instead of making me have a 20 minute argument in public every time I...

Can't find the store number, but it's the one in Cornwall ON. I eat here every week. I always order tom yum no coriander. I have gotten an order of it with coriander before when asked not too, and then emphasized to the same woman (always working when I go) not to put.

Today I went in as usual, ordered it, took it out to car, went back in to use washroom, there are 3 at this location, told that they're all broken, when I asked how all 3 could be broken at same time, the guy cleaning said that that's just the way it is

I go out to car to eat, take a nice big bite of coriander and pitntheblid on and go in. I ask for a refund because frankly the no bathroom and coriander infuriated me enough that I just wanted a refund and go elsewhere.

I was refused a refund, and they told me they can't refund it if it's what I ordered. It was Tom yum, yes... hold the coriander.

The same woman who made it took it from me, and threw it in garbage, then refused to refund my money.

I left, without a refund or a soup which I didn't want anyway.

Furious!!!

Also, last monday when I was there, someone left their crack cocaine e-cigarette apparatus next to the interac pos, and 6 days later, it's still there. I have a picture to prove it.
