Came in tonight to have a nice dinner with the kids. We walked in asked for a booth for our group of 5. 2 adults and 3 kids. We weren't seated right away, not a big deal. The issues really arose when we got seated. One thing that's important with people who have young kids is fast service. Kids can only sit in one place for so long. We made sure to bring colouring pages and our own crayons to keep the kids occupied until the food arrived. Unfortunately It took a little over 15 mins before we had a server introduce herself, we placed our drink orders and asked to order our food at the same time since we had plenty of time to figure out what we wanted to eat while waiting for our sever to present herself. We also wanted to do this to make up lost time, we didn't know how long it would be before our sever returned to take our order. The server said she couldn't take our food orders because she had to punch in the drinks??? So we waited for our drinks to come took 10+ minutes. We get our drinks, my son's drink was a cotton candy drink the server must have pushed the Cotten candy into the drink while bringing it to us as it was all dissolved before it hit the table, my son was sad about it but his step sister was willing to share a bit of hers. The server also gave us 3 napkins for 2 adults and 3 kids. I asked for more napkins when I saw how few were on the plate, she also noticed she forgot a set of untensils for us and said she'd go get them but never did most of us had finger food so the missing utensils weren't a big deal but still happened. We waited a few minutes for the napkins. We placed our order. Unfortunately one of the kids spilt her drink, luckily I had asked for extra napkins so I was able to contain the mess. No one came to help us maybe they didn't see? My gf went and told a sever what happened, she came over with a towel, seemed annoyed with us didn't acknowledge me at all or my thanks. We sat back down and watched her stare at us while talking to our sever who peered around the corner and stared at us as well. My gf and I were frustrated as we had been discussing how slow everything was taking which was leading to the kids getting a little stir crazy. One of the managers brought us our food and he was fantastic was very friendly with the kids, polite and whatnot. We asked for more napkins and a water to replace the spilt drink. He got it for us right away. We ate, asked to pay. While paying for our meal the server asked if it was witching hour for the girls. Which was a little offensive as the kids had been pretty good just they were getting impatient with how long we had been waiting. I replied just saying it had been a long day as we had been enjoying the Canada Day festivities since 9am. We left. We spent over $100 on a nice dinner and we're super disappointed in the service. I don't see us going back...
Read moreI am a delivery driver and I felt this is an avenue to register my displeasure with the way I was treated by one of the staff at the cornwall location. I went in to pick an order. Waited at the lobby for about 5 minutes but no one showed up to render help. I approached the lady at the bar to ask for help. Just b4 I got her attention, someone brought the order I was there to pick from behind me. I turned back to go and meat her. She was offended that I left the lobby to ask for help and talked down to me like I was there to "beg" . I tried to explain to her that I waited a while b4 looking for help but she was very rude and condensending. She refused to release the order to me. She was drunk on power and she abused it grossly. I see no reason a delivery driver should be treated as "less human". I'm sure she made an incident report that would be full of lies. She needs better training in dealing with people. I've dined at the location before and never expected to be treated differently as a delivery driver- IT'S A JOB!!!!!!. I will modify my review if my concerns are addressed. NOTE: this review is not about my dining experience BUT about the ill-treatment of...

We went back for our supper tonight and we were again REALLY IMPRESSED. Our waitress was incredible and really made it a fun experience for our toddler - even teaching him to wave to her. After informing her that our family was gluten free (celiac), she took the steps to ensure every bite of food was safe for us to eat. She even verified that a formerly gluten free kids item is no longer available and brought our son a brownie to enjoy with us. Amazing service. We'll definitely be back.
There are decent gluten free options (including a yummy dessert option) for both kids and adults.
Staff are really friendly and are very knowledgeable about allergens and cross contamination. I know every franchise location is different, but I consider this restaurant to be more celiac safe than most - including a dedicated workspace for celiac meals.
We definitely recommend the (gluten free) pizza and the honey garlic/hot wings (gluten free non-breaded).
The staff are also really great with our son - making every meal out feel more like a date than crisis management...
