David was extremely rude to me I tried to explain Blaine how was employee was and he hung up and said bye. I am going to contact the head office and make a formal complaint and the Better Business Bureau on this location.

So 8 minutes before serving lunch, Because they started serving breakfast just recently they now do not want to start cooking anything for lunch and to bunch until the last minute.
So MORGAN insisted that I wait 8 minutes before serving me..
One business to another I would not recommend this location or eman this location or even come to this location ever again. This is not the 1st time that this location has been a little bit fishy maybe it's just the troubles of hiring educated employees.
But I'm sure it's not that hard to throw burgers on the grill and start cooking it.. I like on an hour I had a time or a 1/2 hour ahead of time.
8 minutes.
I will also be making a formal complaint on the website about this employee and the service.
I'm here to spend money not be told to wait 8 minutes before they can serve me because it aint lunch time yet.
It's not daycare we're not in a school this is a place of business business that is already cooking food and there is nobody in there but one other customer.
8 minutes is not gonna make a large difference on the amount of food you're cooking for breakfast or lunch..
Serve what the customer wants it's a Burger place not a breakfast...

It was around 19:20 hrs when i reached their, i was tiered after playing a 70 Over cricket match for 7 hours in hot sun. I asked for 2 lemonades from the drive way. I said 3 times i need 2 lemonades, but the lady kept on replying she is not able to hear properly and told us to speak up louder, i shouted twice again but she said she is not able to hear again, which is totally fine as technically glitch may happen at any given point, but being rude and adamant about it is not one of the ways to solve the situation. I went to pick up my order at the counter and asked her what is the problem as she is able to hear lemonades, she is able to hear everyones order ahead of us behind us but not able to hear us. Surprisingly i went at 15:30 hrs as well for the same thing and i got my order right, but at that point of time when i was exhausted, that lady started to argue with me saying i should have said it even louder, i said i shouted, she said no even louder. Read more6 year old son and I asked to use to washroom as they were locked while ordering and was informed there’s a line and would have to wait. Mentioned there’s a Men’s, Women’s and family washroom and no line and they said no to wait. Asked again to open it and they got stressed informing us there have been too many drug overdoses in the bathrooms and they can use one bathroom after 4:30pm. It was 5pm (prime overdose time). Asked to have the bathroom opened as there was no line and was told to wait for someone to come out, again ignoring that I let them know that there was no one there. Waited for 5 minutes until my child said he was about to overdose of urine on their floor and then asked then to over unlock the bathroom again to which they physically had to walk to the door and unlock with a key. If it was a buzzer and there was concern that super speedy drug users were running into your bathroom, outlandish but sure. But you’re walking over and unlocking the door for individuals asking to use the bathroom, there’s no reason to limit it to one. Put a sharps container in, and quit being lazy about cleaning up 1 bathroom by the end of the night instead of 3.
