Pizza 97A — Restaurant in Osoyoos

My husband and I were traveling through Osoyoos, staying at the Best Western. The hotel recommended Pizza97 across the street. Unfortunately there is only takeout or delivery at this time. We checked the reviews which were excellent and looked at their menu online. We were initially put off because prices were for two pizzas. As two seniors, we only wanted one pizza. We decided to phone and ask for one pizza. To our delight, the owner confirmed there is a good price for a single pizza.

The pizza was among the best we have had in our lives- high quality cheese and toppings, generously covering a delicious crust.

The owner is charming and completely focused on providing excellent pizza. It isn’t the cheapest pizza but we have a strong feeling it could be the best in Osoyoos....

I think i am in love with pizza 97a, i am from kelowna and have had all kinds of pizza from there but every weekend i end up coming down to osoyoos to enjoy some of the best pizza i have ever had. i have tried every item on the menu at least 5 to 6 times and every time it gets better and better.. im not sure if they treat me special because i am such a good customer but the owner and his son are some of the nicest business owners and always have great things to say in the short conversations we have when i come in. the only downside about pizza 97a is that they need more items to try on the menu haha but i am still greatly satisfied with what they have to offer. i recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great tasting pizza and a clean and nice store...

We stopped in on a whim while staying in Osoyoos and we were so glad that we did! We were immediately greeted by the owner who was so friendly and kind. It was a very hot day and as we sat outside waiting for the pizza, he brought us water, which was so appreciated. We could hear him training new staff in the back ad well and he was kind to them and ensured everything was done perfectly right down to how it was cut! The teens working for him were really polite and you could tell they liked working there.

Then, the pizza- it was SO good! I had the royal vegetarian and it was the best veggie pizza I’ve had (I’m not even vegetarian). My husband had a meat pizza and was equally impressed. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious...
