Junction 3 Coffee House — Restaurant in Osoyoos

If I could give more stars I would!!! This establishment is built from the heart and you can tell when you order anything from the menu.

Coming from someone who drools over Starbucks Iced macchiatos, Frapps and refreshers and Tim Hortons Ice Capps, coffee, French Vanillas and ETC.I never went to Tim’s once for my 8 days being there. Also they have a location in penticton as well, just as good with more options since it’s beachside.

Always packed but a lineup of 10-20+ people, the line sure moves quick. A LOT QUICKER THEN Starbucks 🤣🤣🤣

To anyone that states that the staff is unprofessional and hard of hearing must of had a hard time hearing themselves, or they are just unhappy with everything in life. Being a customer myself and getting to see all the faces that work there, nothing but professional manner and happy people to deal with. The ship is tight on this location and it’s a small location and lots happening behind that window, make sure your order is loud and clear!! The owner has a heart of Gold and it shows, thank you Junction 3 for the excellent Service, Owen and Levi were GEMS and the other girls also GEMS(forgot the names) always Love put into every Order I had received and OH MY, the croissants were next level. Being Fresh and made daily, the extra dollar compared to frozen food from Tim’s and other franchises, it’s hard to order from franchises. The BAR IS SET HIGH!!!!

I recently visited this cafe and the outside vibe was inviting, yet there is some feedback I’d like to share to help make it an even better experience.

I’ll start with the positives- the wait staff were fantastic at preparing quickly and keeping the place clean outside. It was nice to have an outdoor space off the busy streets that everyone seemed to have enjoyed

Unfortunately the negatives outweighed the positives here. The drip coffee was weak and the breakfast wrap was small and the thickness was consumed but the wrap itself instead of its contents, unfortunately we were left hungry and had to find something else to fill us up :(

On top of this, the service from the front staff/woman was much to be desired. They appeared distant and disinterested, making the customer interaction feel cold and impersonal. A welcoming and friendly demeanor goes a long way in enhancing the overall experience, and unfortunately, that was lacking here.

While I understand that every coffee shop may have an off day, consistent quality and warm service are key factors that would encourage me to revisit in the future. I sincerely hope that you takes this feedback and strives to create a more satisfying experience for all...

They refused to make me an iced mocha because of my nut allergy, and were quite fiery about it. Lots of people have allergies to nuts, it wouldn't be a bad business idea to work around what certain customers needs are. I will be going to other coffee shops while I visit Osoyoos. Disappointed.

I was very polite at the window, didn't say I had a major nut allergy and you (owner) was the first to suggest we will not be served at all and then said I could sign a waiver of responsibility. I responded in kind that I have been here before and it hasn't been an issue. What you COULD do is have one steamer available in your coffee machines for anything but almond milk.
