KFC — Restaurant in Osoyoos

There seems to be a trend here of bad reviews. This is just another in a long line. Obviously the owners don't seem to care or they would be making the changes. My wife ordered a 10 piece meal this evening for the family. We got home and they forgot the large gravy. We opened the chicken and it was wet looking (like it was soaked in water). There were pieces that were actually split in half (like someone broke it open to check if it was cooked). We drive back across town to get the gravy. We also bring the disgusting chicken. The manager (owners son) refused to replace the chicken. He said there was nothing wrong with it. He argued that he was not replacing it no matter what. He kept stating it was fresh which it wasn't. He then told me that chicken is kept for up to 1.5 hours in the heater. It was also 7:30pm. They close at 8pm. They were already trying to close and this is why they couldn't be bothered fixing their mistakes....they just wanted to leave. Poor food. Poor customer service. ...

Chicken was sopping with grease and the skin was rubbery. No crispness at all.. just rubbery gross. Didn't even taste like KFC. This location mustn't have the original recipe. Lol. The fries were wet and soggy. It was take-out so I know from experience to open and/or remove lids to prevent the steam from making everything soggy but even doing that didn't help and it was only a 3 minute drive home. Sorry KFC... was really hoping for a good fried chicken place here but Popeyes will still have to be our go-to chicken place. After a 50 minute drive home and even the next day, Popeyes is still crispy! And...

Wèll where do I start? Went through drive late evening. My order wasn't correct nor good. Poutine tasted like the old fries . Microwaved old fries. Cheese curd and gravy mix luke warm . Gave me a VAT of gravy I never ordered and no potatoe salad. So next day dripped in to let them know. The manager who was polite , doing his job to resolve the issue... replaced the meal. So as I'm driving to work I go to bite into my replacement burger... and find a " WHITE PLASTIC BREAD CLIP" ... No I never went back to complain again... just simply... won't go back. 7-11 has chicken WAY BETTER!...
