I must say it doesn't even deserve 1 star.
My family and I were staying at the Holiday Inn and Suites for our summer vacation which was Absolutely Fantastic!!!
We had ordered breakfast for take out so that we could sit on our patio and enjoy our view from the deck.
They indicated it would take approximately 20min until it would be ready. My daughter and I went to pick it up and they said it would be a couple more minutes, no problem! 20 min later I ask if it's ready yet and was told just a couple more minutes, as I was standing there with a clear view of the counter to the pass. That is where it really was Absolutely Disgusting!!!!!
I observed a server stirring up a bowl of porridge and starting to eat it over other food that was being prepared to take to tables in the restaurant and yes mine being packaged up to take out. The server finished her porridge and then wiped her mouth with her hands and then proceeded to grab 4 slices of bread to put in the toaster, once she completed that I said excuse me you didn't wash your hands after you wiped your mouth! Her response was i wasn't eating so why should I wash my hands!!!
The server continued to lie about the whole situation.
I brought it to the attention of the manager of the hotel and they have it all recorded, busted!
I was Absolutely disgusted with the whole situation and especially in these times of covid 19.
I demanded my money back and left!

Read moreI ordered room service from here just last night. I used the link to the menu from the holiday inn website. I ordered steak frites. I was asked if I wanted the peppercorn steak, and I said no, that I wanted the steak frites (I’m also not seeing a peppercorn steak on the menu?).
I asked for the garlic mashed and Caesar salad on the side.
30 minutes later, I get a call and say there is no garlic mashed, only fries. I say sure, send fries instead.
Food comes 5 minutes later. I got a peppercorn steak with mushroom sauce? This was packaged with the Caesar salad (in cardboard boxes, in a bag, so it all got tossed in transit). And the fries in a separate box.
I call them and said I ordered the steak frites, I don’t like mushrooms, this isn’t what I ordered etc. She said the menu changed and this is what’s on their menu, not the steak frites. So I guess she sent the closest thing she can think of?
I told them the menu online is drastically different. She sends someone to send me an updated menu and it’s 5 options. That’s it.
Maybe this place is getting hit really hard because of the decreased tourism in the area, but that’s no excuse for such poor...

When we walked into the restaurant we could smell a dirty kitchen. It smelled like garbage. We got seated around 6pm on holiday Monday by the same employee that checked us into the hotel (who also worked as hostess, bus person and bartender). There was one other couple with kids that were in the restaurant when we arrived. They ate and left. Other patrons arrived after us. Our server and the hostess/bus person/bartender were both very pleasant and our drinks were refilled. After waiting 49 minutes we left. We gave the hostess money for our drinks and explained it was just taking too long. No apologies were offered, she simply responded by saying, "Oh." The menu items looked to be higher end and were priced as such around 25 bux per entre.
