Came for breakfast with a friend. I had a coupon for 2 bacon or sausage & eggers. After we ordered, we were told they had no English muffins for 2-3 hours, so we had to get them on buns. The male cook must have re-used buns from a previously cancelled order, because they were burnt black on the inside, and obviously burnt on the outside too. How they could pass this off as acceptable and try to serve it to customers is despicable. I brought them back to the cashier who said something to the cook in a language other than English/French, threw them out, and made us fresh ones. The cashier handed them to me without saying a word - no apology, no offer of a refund, nothing. They tried to pass off burnt buns, and ended up wasting eggs, bacon, sausage, and cheese. The attitude of the staff is that they don't want us there. If we don't come, you don't get hours. This location needs to take a good look at who they hired and make some changes, because this level of service is disgusting. By the time I got back to my coffee and hashbrown, they were cold. The staff that work at this location act like they're trying to get it shut down. They are dismissive, unhelpful, borderline rude and constantly act like the customers are an annoyance to whatever personal thing they are doing at the time. I tried privately contacting the store about my latest negative visit, and they offered me a free meal or gift card.
