Booster Juice — Restaurant in Ottawa

I just left this location and the customer service is not up to par.

I was the second person inline and one of the employees decided to serve customer who approached her on the side, not by the cash, she glady assisted him first.

I was waiting before him, in fact while I was waiting, I seen him enter the mall through the doors and look around, then approach her.

In addition, to that, after she took his order, I approached the cash and she told me to wait a minute.

As I was previously ignored, I elected to leave and purchase a beverage elsewhere.

The customer service reps name is Haseen.

This is not acceptable...

Got there 10 min before closing time to get something and got the “We’re closed” by the employee. When I asked what time it closed at she said 1700. It was 1650. When I made the remarks, she said angrily “And I said we’re closed”. I think this is unacceptable. I worked in the fast food business and the store closed at the hour it said and if there were customers inside they were to be served. Stuff was to be put away or cleaned after. I understand that it’s a booth in a mall but it should still close when the mall itself close. Also the employee didn’t have to be so...

I wish I can put zero star. I went today ask for some drink that have mango in it. I told her, please help me, I don’t know how to order. The girl did not even act knowledge me. She keeps flipping the paper menu on the counter and did not say anything. It was no clients at that time. She was not even busy, but did not care enough for me, so I walked away. Very poor customer service!! Don’t go there!!!! I was so thirsty but the girl was very rude....
