Ah! An other discovery of my Gujarati folk. She greeted, smiled, and served my thirst-quencher with a little chit-chat. Thank you, Gujarati girl, you brightened my day. My drink not only quenched my thirst, but since it was made with love--it also cheered my soul. And, that's how you win a customer.
The store is located inside BIllings Shopping Mall; just right after you make you way in through the tunnel from Billings Bridge transit-stop. Since it shares space with other food resutaurants and stores--there's plenty of sitting area for those looking to sit and enjoy your food/drinks. The donut showcase was empty. How could you let that glass-showcase filled with desserts go deserted? Always leave it filled and sweet, please. Though I wanted to try the new 'Peach Lemonade' thirst-quencher, however, the Store ran out of lemonade--my substitue drink 'Blackberry' was still great nonetheless.
Recommendations: Please don't let the Store run out of stuff. Add Google or Apple Pay as an option, please.
Thank you. I will certainly be seeing...
Read moreI (tried) to order donuts for a work function. The gentleman I spoke with was incredibly impatient, extremely unhelpful, and stunningly rude. If I had the time, I would have simply left and gone elsewhere. I won't make the same mistake of heading here again. Yes, it was busy, but I don't think the gentleman realizes how hard it is to select a variety of donuts when the staff keeps obstructing the view of the placards. If they were really interested in speeding up the order instead of just rudely rushing customers along, they might want to take note of how they are contributing to the complication of what should have been a straightforward selection process. They might also come to terms that, if you're ordering 24 donuts, it may not take 24 times as long as single customer, but it will certaily take somewhat longer. Rudeness is uncalled for. Perhaps they do this because they are in a high traffic area, and they don't experience any downturn in demand from offending...
Read moreI’m extremely disappointed with the service I received this morning at the Tim Hortons in Billing Bridge. When I tried to redeem my points for a coffee, the female employee was very rude and dismissive. She outright refused to process my points, and when I asked for an explanation, her response was, "You always talk about points." This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
I escalated the issue to the manager, hoping it would be resolved. However, the manager was equally unhelpful and refused to address the situation properly. When I asked for the employee's name to file a complaint, he refused to provide it. Shockingly, when I asked for manager name, he also refused, almost as if they were working for a secret service instead of a coffee shop!
This kind of attitude from both the staff and management is unacceptable. It shows a complete lack of regard for customer service, and it made my experience feel...
