I have been loyal to manchu wok for years! But as of late, the location in billings Bridge mall has decreased in quality. The last time I was there on Sunday, I placed an order for me and my brother. Two piece items with noodles, general tso chicken, and pepper beef. Unfortunately, I noticed halfway through the order that the cashier lady was visibly sick. I'm sorry but there is just no excuse to serve food that went bad, especially one that you're paying for! No one wants to get sick, very...
