I’m hardly ever one to come online to leave such reviews but I really have to because of the number of times I have had this experience here. I had similar experience with them in the past which made me stop buying from them completely for well over a year. And then this week I thought let me give them another chance since so much time had passed and perhaps they are better now.
I always like to get the Combo 4, which is supposed to include either rice or noodles, 2 veggies and one meat cause I want to eat well and when I’ve bought lesser combos in the past they tell me that’s the portion for the combo I’m buying if I try to complain. Can I first also say how impolite they talk and treat you like you don’t matter. They are all generally not good but there is this particular female employee (don’t know her name) but she is one of the two older women there, who doesn’t know how to talk to customers, doesn’t listen and makes you feel like you have no right to raise a concern or say a word about her service quality. Every time I pass by and see her there I always contemplate going there but I gotta eat right? Ok. So, she always puts really small portions for me. She claims it’s the standard but then right in front of me I see a different server put a really big portion for someone who is buying an even lesser combo than me. I buy the combo 4 cause I really want to eat well but the food they served me today made me cry.
The noodles was barely upto half of quarter of the plate. I tried politely appealing to them today and speaking up that the portion looked really small since it now feels like everytime I come there they serve me such portions on purpose. But she kept yelling that it’s the standard and wasn’t even trying to talk politely to me. Meanwhile, while I was trying to complain, while she was serving me, she was busy having a chatty conversation at the same time with a male colleague, I couldn’t understand the language they were speaking in but then they started laughing, which made me know how little they cared and almost felt like they were mocking me or something tbvh.
They made me feel really bad for spending my money there today and this week and I certainly won’t ever be going back again. To think there is also another restaurant right there at the food court that also sells something similar that I left to buy from these people and this was how I got treated makes me really regret buying from them.
Please train your staff to be more polite to customers especially when a customer is being genuinely polite to them and also train them on how to actually accommodate people and resolve concerns. They saw I was very dissatisfied with the overall service and didn’t do much to explain nicely or solve the situation. And because this is not the first or second or third time I am getting treated this way here, I DO NOT recommend this place. Read moreWas buying food at this place as a young coloured man asked for a few samples and was having trouble deciding. while the workers behind the counter seemed to be laughing and making jokes about me in a foreign language i felt disrespected as a customer just because i was younger and had not tried their options before they made a judgement assuming I would not buy anything by making remarks as i made 2 choices. I eventually disregarded the behaviour and bought a meal I accidentally mentioned combo 4 and as i was deciding i realized i wanted a combo 3 instead so when i told the worker she made a grunt and then she threw my plate on the serving tray.

Read moreWent to get food, all seemed normal. Found a WORM in my broccoli. Went to take it back and ask for a refund, it was eventually given after some antagonizing. Were not apologetic at all. Machine wouldn’t give a refund back after I paid with a debit card, eventually gave me back the money in cash, even though nobody uses cash today. Continued serving to customers after food was served and brought back. Kitchen staff came out and said to continue serving food. The only thing the woman said was “we didn’t clean the broccoli with chemicals” doesn’t take much to clean broccoli, simple water would float up worms.
