Bad service, first of all, they dont understand english, had to repeat the order many many times and they still messedup.

The chef in the kitchen was grumpy and rude, he was doing all ordered himself so may be he was under stress but...

We asked to close the maindoor since it was -2 outside and cheft said he wont, we went there with a 4 month old baby so they shuold have more kind.

For sushi we requested for california rolls and crabs only, again chef from kitchen said it will be 2 dollar for the change, i agreed.

when sushi came, it still has all the kinds we didnt order, when i complained the chef said its $2 for every change, so imagine, for 10 sushis they want me to pay extra $20.

noodles were ok, instead of ramen they gave us other kind which i confirmed twice while ordering, but this time I gave up on expecting them to fix anything..

we drove all the way from orleans to get disappointed.

food was good but service extreemly bad and wont be going ever again, my kids now make jokes about how bad the experiance was.

Edo Japan has bubble tea now!! For a place that doesn't specialize in bubble tea, I have to admit, it's pretty good. I was afraid that the tapioca pearls would be all hard and gross, but they were soft and springy. I've had the Brown Sugar Boba Milk with tapioca pearls and the Passion Fruit Green Tea with Coconut Jelly. Both were delicious! I like that you can get regular sweetness or half sweet (I got half sweet). I would like it more if I had the option of no added sugar at all. The drinks are only $4.95 each and on Double Bubble Mondays they are 2 for $7 (every Monday).

I've had the food at Edo Japan too and it's pretty good for fast food. They have upped their game since the 1990s, which is like the last time I had them before I gave them another chance in 2021 and was impressed, so I've been more of a regular customer since 2021. Love their Bento boxes and...

I found this place by accident and now it’s one of my favourite spots to go! Gosh where to start - the Bento box is the best; I get the Teriyaki chicken with pineapple, ramen noodles add mushrooms; it is nothing short of delicious- noodles are really really good, lots of chicken with delightful veggies (you can choose traditional or Asian veggies) which are evenly sliced and that perfect cook of just a touch of crunchy! Along with the main dish you also get to choose two sides which are all delicious but the tempura shrimp 🍤 is the very best!! It is sooo tasty I often get extra.
