Firehouse Subs — Restaurant in Ottawa

Today, I went to Firehouse Subs to pick up lunch for my staff. I've been doing this for the past few days with no issues at other locations. However, when I went to the Connecticut location and ordered three large subs, I was informed that the location does not honour what the company's website says. Even if you order three large subs, you will only receive three medium subs. This was disappointing, as the website clearly states otherwise. When I asked the staff about the discrepancy, they were unhelpful and did not offer any explanation. Upon receiving my order, I saw that there was a medium sub in place of one of the large subs that I had ordered. Last week I stopped at firehouse subs on Terry Fox. It use to be my favorite place to go for a sub . I ordered a meatball sub. I do not live in the city and this use to be a real treat as there is no firehouse sub in the small town I am from. Only 2 of the meatballs were edible. Had a nice meal at Firehouse Subs raising evening. Service was excellent. Our subs looked like they really took attention to making them look and taste great. The server was friendly and quick to serve. Staff took attention to keep the place clean, including a washroom check, and I could see additional staff in the back checking their products, Everything you could ask for in a dining experience in a smaller establishment.
