I just ordered from the St. Laurent location on October 25th, 2025 between 4:00-4:30pm. I ordered two drinks, but the large matcha frappe with tapioca pearls was made completely wrong. The first drink wasn’t even frozen and had no tapioca pearls and she hesitantly did a remake. She threw the drink in the blender again and served me the same garbage. I could tell it was off but couldn’t bother with another remake. I asked for a refund. Her colleague came to rectify the situation. He said that there was no refunds available but they would remake my drink again. I said, please take the drink back, I don’t want a freebie, but respectfully I don’t want another drink. Read moreWell that was very bad experience. I have always used to get my mango juice from freshly squeezed becaues it's always real juice. This time the guy gave me only water mixed with syrup and i asked him that this not a real concentrated as i reqursted and used to get. he even did not care and was smiling as if it was a joke.
