Worst Tim's experience of my life. First, the cashier has no grasp of English (or french) so could not understand I was asking for a steak and egg on a homestyle biscuit. Tried pointing to it on the menu above his head but gave up and decided to order something more common. Bacon on English muffin combo and a sausage farmers wrap on the side for my partner. After a painfully long wait I get my bacon sandwich but no wrap. Staff decide to argue I didn't order a wrap so I offer to show my receipt. They tell me to calm down and say so you want a wrap...? Yes the one I ordered!!! Another five minutes into my twenty minutes here and they come back to tell me they can't make a farmers wrap. No hash browns. I ask can you please use the one from my bag? They agree and take the bag which contains the sandwich. I point out I'd like a replacement for my combo item. They offer me a single timbit. Unbelievable. I ask for a muffin and they oblige. Another five minutes and they hastily slap together the most pathetic farmers wrap and hand it to me. Without the other sandwich. And so begins a repeat of what already transpired. The staff arguing I'm holding the sandwich and (which is my muffin) and finally what I believe to be a supervisor over hears, grabs my sandwich where it was left and literally throws it on the counter at me without a word....
Read moreI go to this tim Hortons 2-3 times a week as I work right beside the mall. I don’t like to write bad reviews but I’ve seriously had enough. This is the most unorganized, slow and neglected Tim Hortons I may have ever been to. I am forced to go to it because of the location convenience from my work, I normally wait 15 minutes or more for a farmers wrap, Hash brown and sometimes coffee. Maybe half of the time, they forget to put a hash brown on the wrap but give me one on the side. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a manager there or any authority figure. It’s several staff who seem like they don’t know what to do and when they get stuck, they all huddle up and try to figure it out together. Making things take even longer and showing that they need someone to properly train/supervise them. This is NO way to run a franchise like Tim Hortons especially in a mall. Read moreI come here every day the coffee is always bad ( burnt, not well stirred, old) I used to work at a Tim's and I know what old coffee looks like and this is it everyday I get a bitter coffee on the top and way to sweet on the bottom yall need to learn how to stir a coffee. And an other thing the line should be moving much faster then it is I've waited 37min in line once for my morning coffee, the lines are ridiculous and should be moving faster. You guys have so many employees that just stand around why not make them your coffee runners or your second so you can just keep punching threw the orders. The screen is never full i just dont get how this Tim's is run. You guys need to work on you customer service aswell I always get rude people who dont even fully licen to my order. All in all the food is good, coffee no so good. As long as you take the time to make sure that they make you a fresh pot of coffee and stirrer everything together for more the 2 second your experience...
