And then the burger fell on the floor and i didnt even get a replacement smh... Yup thats me... I bet you're wondering how i got into this situation... i went in to Harvey's pretty early on the 24th of december so i could dodge the lunch rush so and i was debating on whether to get the whoper or the baconator or the big mac daddy and i decided a quarter pounded with cheese and relish would be my best bet as the other ones were alittle too king-sus , meaty and mayo-y for my taste (in respective order) so i walk up to the counter and im greeted by a rather nice somaly teen (Georges Attalah) (or so it looked like at first little did i know he would be the demise of my innocent burger) and ask in a clear, assertive tone "hello, i would like a quarter pounder with cheese with relish mustard and ketchup and every thing went fine untill he started speaking my order back into the mic to send to the chef (or rather tried) but when he opened his mouth the words wouldnt come out, hes chocking now , the clock runs out, then he snaps back to reality, hes so mad, he wont have it, doesnt matter hes dope(hes broke), when he goes back to his mobile home(back to the lab) and then the cooks finaly got my order and starter making my order and it was fine and dandy and then they bring me my burger and i take it say thank you and go grab myself (a seat) to enjoy this burger but i notice theres no relish (i specificaly asked for relish) so i go back and ask for relish and he goes to back (without gloves on still) and grabs relish with his bare hands and plops in into my burger and at this point im getting baby barf (the kind Preparation H cant handle) and decide its better if i cut my loses and throw my burger on the floor hoping they would remake it but lo and behold i get told to get out with compensation for my ruined burger.
2/7 might...
Read moreWorst of the worst experience I have ever seen in my life in this store. It was my first time wanted to try Harvey's and see what are they good for. I went ahead with my order which was a poutine. Then I relized that I should ask if they only have wooden forks because I am allergic to wood being in my mouth. I asked the employee not to make the order any more because I am allergic to wooden utensils and that I wont be able to eat the poutine unless they have plastic forks. Then a lady empolyee comes from no where and starts giving me attitude and being very rude with me when I demanded refund. She was one of the rudest people I have ever seen in my life, plus her english is very weak, I dont even know who put her in charge to speak to customers. I kept telling her that I am allergic to wooden forks and that I cant eat the poutine. She kept giving more and more attitude that this is my fault and I should have known that they only have wooden forks. She didnt want to give me a refund, didnt want to change the order for me and told me its your fault again. I told her how do you want me to eat the poutine now, with my hands? I cant belive how ruthless she was. Then at then end , she relized that the order wasnt even prepared yet and that she didnt understrand what was going on. Then why is she even talking to customers if she dosent undersrand whats going on. I dont understand how Harvey's hire these type of employees. Will never step a foot inside this...
Read moreMaroua, I was just there today and I would like to thank you sooooo much for your amazing customer service. Your co-worker missed some items on my order and you were quick to the rescue! You are super friendly, considerate and sweet. Double bagged my order because it was heavy and didn't want to risk having my bag ripped and having my food fall out. I work in retail and I am the same way. Unfortunately not all employees are considerate like that. You perfected my order, did not forget a thing and you weren't being cheap and stingy like some fast food employees are when it comes to little things like ketchup. And me I loooove my ketchup I need more than 2 little packets lol. Very rarely does that happen for me lol. I didn't feel like you were being annoyed by my requests or rushing me. I can tell you're a little introverted and maybe a little reserved but your energy radiates like the sun.
Anyway, your customer service really stood out to me I had to write you a review. And whoever hired you, did good to do so. You're like the dream employee, I'm not even exaggerating lol. They're lucky to have you, even as a co-worker. If I had a business I'd definitely want someone like you working on my team.
Management or authority please bring this comment to Maroua's attention and give her the recognition she needs. Employee of the month or something like that. She deserves it....
