Customer Service! POOR !

We were ordering a chicken plate and a salad plate. The tomatoes in the display were saugy and dead looking. I asked them to not add tomatoes because they look bad. So they stirred them around to accomplish nothing.

The older man put some lettuce and put about 3 peices of cucumber and olives. I asked him to add a few more of each and he ignored me then i asked again and he looked at me with eyes of death and he replied in a miserable manner that it will cost extra.

Amazing service, not, maybe bring out fresh tomatoes 🍅 and don't be over stingy with a few 🥒 and speak to customers with a disgusting attitude.

It was a great place but since the past couple of years the service is the worst. There are many options around and now a chicken place a few steps away called ozmos that serves similar healthy options without the attitude.

It's unfortunate this can't be posted at the counter but I am sure that they may be pleasant 2 out of 10 times and because it's a food court they will always have customers but move this staff to a storefront and they will be begging for customers and will learn a hard lesson about...

Bayshore Mall location* I have never been to a location SOOO damn stingy with their portions and so damn overpriced. I got more box than food. When you do ask for more knowing well enough they’ll overcharge you for a regular portion and call it “extra” - then they’ll add like half a spoon of whatever you need as if it inconveniences them. It’s the weirdest thing to witness and actually comical. This is the only location I found does that. The female workers specifically, (no hate they just happened to be them) are the rudest, most entitled, employees I’ve had in the inconvenience of meeting. The gentleman are kind for the most part but unfortunately are shadowed by the horrendous character of the others. Mind you this isn’t one experience but honestly and genuinely every experience I’ve had there. I’m naive maybe thinking they had a bad day and I caught that but it’s no longer a coincidence. Horrible experience...

If I could give this place zero star that is what they'd get. I bought chicken souvlaki and noticed the server using the same tong on the potatoes, chicken and some kind of meat that was beside the chicken. I only eat chicken so I was grossed out that he was using the same tong on all 3 items, so I asked if he could use a clean tong to serve my potatoes and chicken. He said he'd go wash one of the tongs (why couldn't he just get a clean one?) but another worker came and said something, as well as someone I presume to be the Chef who came to put out more chicken. Despite asking again and all 3 of them clearly hearing me, the server still used the same tong to serve the chicken and potatoes. I decided not to make a scene as there was a line up. But when I came home I could not eat the food knowing what I'd seen so it went right in the trash.... 0 stars for customer service and 00 stars for...
