McDonald's — Restaurant in Ottawa

This Mc Donald's must be the most unfortunate Mc Donald's in the world because it is never open 24/h even though it is supposed to be. This is the 4th time I have gone there at 4:45am just to see garbage cans blocking the drive-thru with a sign printed on it saying "Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we are closed until 6am" the last time this happened the sign said "Due to a scheduling error we are closed until 6am" I am sure it has happened more than 4 times but that's all I have personally seen. This is completely unacceptable as a 24 hour Mc Donald's. If they have a hard time hiring people or something then change your hours to just day time then I wont waste my time getting off the 417 on the way to work. The only reason I got there is because it is the closest place to get a coffee in that area at that time of day. The next nearest place would be the Tim Hortons in Stittsville off of Carp road which I will now happily go to because I am tired of chancing it to see if this Mc Donald's is open or not. FEELS LIKE I GOT RIPPED OFF! The Spicy Bacon Deluxe Grilled Chicken Sandwich I ordered only came with lettuce and mayonnaise on it.

The large Strawberry Banana Fruit Smoothie I ordered was significantly smaller than the one I ordered less than a week ago. I even asked if "This is your largest size of Strawberry Banana Smoothie you sell?" And the cashier at the drive-thru told me it was.

They never gave me a receipt, made the screen of the debit machine visible, or displayed my order on the drive-thru screen so I can't know what items they billed me for.

When I was waiting at the drive-thru to order, no one was taking my order but I could hear the orders coming through my speaker for multiple cars in the drive-thru lane adjacent to mine. It was as if the headset had been left somewhere off-mute somewhere. This was very frustrating and confusing because every time they would start taking the order from the next person, I thought it was someone finally speaking to me to start...

Yesterday we went there with my grandson and family friend and his child after the swimming lesson. Children were toddlers 3.5 old. Even though my order the first one she served to others before me. I asked her to give me the happy meal so my grandson can start eating, while I am waiting for the other meals. She was keep acting like she understands what you're saying but I don't think she did. Even though happy meal was ready she kept it on the tray until the other orders were ready and continued to serving to the other people. I am sorry to describe her as short, chubby, not smiling face because she had no name tag and I am assuming she was the supervisor at that time (Sunday 12:00pm). Then my daughter came to ask her for the toy that it was listed there, as available to get it with the happy meal. Even though she was saying those are the available toys, but what she gave us was different and she refused to change it. Never ever again...
