Sorry, but not even worth the one star I gave it, but had to put in at least one for it to register. Today I took my mother to the location at the Tangers Outlet Mall. I had been to Sbarro in the US many years ago and it was great. Well I must say, there is a huge difference between the two. We passed by many different restaurants on the way there, but I remembered how good it was when I went to the ones in the US so thought, this is where we are going. We looked at the pizza and it looked dried out and old so we decided to pass on the pizza and have the Chicken Parmesan. Any time I have ordered that dish it has come with spaghetti or a pasta of some sort. We ordered 2 Chicken Parmesan's and 2 soft drinks and an order of Garlic bread. Well what we got was 2 pieces of chicken and 2 pieces of garlic bread and the bottles of coke. This cost me just under $18.00. When I asked what happened to the pasta I was told it was seperate, or you have to at least order the pasta with the chicken. So to add the pasta I had to pay yet another $12.00+. So this fast food meal just cost me $30.00. The meal was horrible. We both had one bite of the chicken and found it cold and rubbery, definatly not edible, then we took a bite out of the pasta and it too was horrible. Pasta was cold and the sauce had no taste. The garlic bread too was dried up and tasted as if it was yesterdays bread. The garlic sauce on the top was sooooo greasy. We threw the entire meals out, the staff behind the counter saw me empty the 2 entire meals out and walk out but no one commented or asked what was wrong. The grease from the garlic bread left such a horrible taste in my mouth for the next half hour. When we dumped the food in the garbage and left we went straight to Arby's a few miles away and had a bite there. At least I know that their food is edible and reliable. It also took the taste of the Sbarro food out of our mouths. I will never ever try the food there again. Ive never in my life had food so bad that I had to dump an entire meal in the garbage after taking only one bite. Do yourself a favor and if your at Tangers Outlet Mall, do your shopping and then go elsewhere for a...
Read moreI visited Sbarro around 6pm on 01/13/2024 on my break. I ordered one slice of meat lovers pizza and paid via Apple Pay. The employee accused me of not paying, despite the fact that I had my receipt and I even pulled out my bank statement to show him (picture included). He continued to argue with me and tell me I needed to pay again, but finally gave me my pizza. I was really frustrated as by this point my break was almost over, but I sat down to eat in a hurry. He came over while I was eating and continued to argue with me, saying that he contacted his boss and that he said I indeed needed to pay a second time as the first one “didn’t go through.” Again- I showed him my bank statement and receipt which clearly indicated that I paid. After going back and forth, the employee finally left me alone. I am still mind blown at the fact that I was almost scammed by this...
Read moreWhen you first walk by you look at the price and feel it’s not worth it but I’m telling you make the stop. I ate here Thursday and had a big slice of combo I think it was both olives pep and some other stuff it was great a crust I’ve never tasted. I shopped for two hours and than went back and had the Stromboli and it changed my life forever. It was so hot and fresh came with a meat sauce. The prices are a tad hi but that’s clearly to make up for the cost of rent. Please go and support this place. I’m late putting up the review but Ali was unbelievable. He is so busy but takes time to welcome everyone. Photos are some of the items the Stromboli is one of the...
