I must agree with the negative reviewers here. The servers at this establishment tend to be quite reserved, and it's important for them to understand that the first impression they make on a client is crucial. Instead of starting off with statements like "1,2,3,4,5 numbers will take 15 minutes" while maintaining a serious expression, it would be better if they acknowledged the person standing in front of them and communicated in a more personable manner. Unfortunately, their robotic-like behavior came across as rude.

I understand that everyone has tough days, but it's essential to find healthier outlets rather than projecting frustrations onto customers. If one cannot display kindness and graciousness, then the service industry may not be the right fit. The staff should prioritize customer care and ensure that the owners don't suffer financial losses due to their behavior.

Not Approachable - they wont talk or ask you anything unless you start to say something. They leaving the front house alone and nobody there. Not friendly - not even smiling, greeting or saying thank you. They don’t care if someone cut the line. One of the staff wearing AirPods so you keep on repeating what you said. The tall guy (photo below) seems don’t like to offer the Skewer plates #5 - #8, if you tried to order that they will say that it will take “20minutes do you like to wait or choose other from the menu”

They asked us to wait 20 minutes for the food and go back when they hit the bell. But it took 30 minutes and they just call us like someone from the street and saying its done!

We also asked for a spoon and they just gave it with a poker or angry face.

I had a super delicious falafel sandwich here yesterday! I even took a photo of the place so I wouldn't forget it.

I have had falafel many times before and didn't like it but just ordered this yesterday because it was the only vegetarian option and I was in a rush (I needed easy to hold food).

The sandwich hit just right! The crunchy and juicy veggies/peppers/jalepenos and the super flavorful falafel makes me rethink shawarma.

I will drive out to Tanger just for this sandwich in the future - maybe today.

The service I had was nice and polite. I think I even saw him get my fresh hot falafel instead of the last two that were sitting out.
