I recently visited the Subway sandwich store at Tangers and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by the staff. The service was exceptional; the employees were attentive, patient, and helpful as I decided on my order.

The sandwich itself was made to perfection. I opted for the classic veggie delight and every ingredient was fresh and flavorful. The bread was perfectly baked, and the vegetables were crisp and vibrant. The staff took care to assemble the sandwich just the way I liked, paying attention to all my preferences and ensuring everything was just right.

Worst customer service ever!!! We asked the lady for 2 veggie Pattie sandwiches instead she provided us with veggie delights. When I asked that she made a wrong sandwich she answered with an attitude saying “so what, why didn’t you correct me while making the sandwich”. She also charged me 2 veggie patty sandwiches. When I asked her to add the veggie patty to my order, she refused. When I asked her to refund me, she refused. When I asked to call her manager, she refused and said she is the supervisor. When I asked her name, she was very hesitant and said ‘manvi’ I asked her again as I couldn’t hear her, she said ‘manpreet’, I asked her again as she was not at all clear, she said ‘Tanvi’. When I said I will write a bad review about this store, to my surprise, she said “Do whatever the FU*K you want to do”. I mean seriously!!! Such a low standard of customer service this Subway...

Wouldn’t normally write a review for a sandwich , but after usual ‘meh’ sandwiches at other locations today’s experience warranted a positive review of our experience. We visited at lunch today July 10th. The line moved efficiently but not rushed and hurried. I appreciated the efficiency but also the extra few seconds of attention to sandwiches. It made a difference. When we sat down to enjoy our sandwiches, I was taken aback at how perfect it was. Ot was fluffy, toasted, the vegetables had a chilled crunch combined with the toasted melted shredded cheese and meat. I told my daughter it was the most enjoyable subway sandwich I’ve ever had.
